Kimsey, did you ever get your programme??
Just got it today... it's miles better than last year's tour programs. So far what I've enjoyed most in this new program is Quizzing The Band and the interviews.
Glad to hear that you finally got it! I thought that you'd be glad that you ordered it afterall. I enjoyed those parts too; the quiz was fun because I have to admit that I really didn't know most of it either, so it was interesting to see what the answers were, in addition to seeing their amusing responses...
I was shocked how badly they scored!
What quiz is this? don't worry, i'm going to buy the program when i go to glasgow, but i'm just curious as to what you're on about. hehe Josh
It's a tough 11-question-quiz about Paul's songs and concerts for My Band. Btw they didn't do that badly at all.

In the programme they quizzed all Paul's band mates about his career and needless to say they were piss poor, it was disturbing

Losing a parent is the hardest thing ever, and even if you "prepare" for it, like with Alzheimers, or another slow demise, you're not prepared. but that was so beautiful! I just love the last thing he said about "not sure where she starts and I end." Poor sweet erudite sensitive Rusty. It's hard. Honestly I had to laugh a bit at the thought of her driving that kid around to get chemicals to blow stuff up She must have been a great lady, she sure done good with Rusty. God bless their family now.

I agree that was the most beautiful line in it and I had to read it out to my mom who had lost her own mom on last Sunday. Loads of hugs to you, dear Rusty.

I am so very sorry to hear about Rusty's Mom, and your Grandmother, Kimsey... my condolences to both of you and your families, and loved ones. "not sure where she starts and I end." Ah, Rusty, all that I could think when I read that is : As painful as that is right now, that's how it should be, that's how the best in her can live on in the world -- she lives on in you.

Thanks Kristi!

Remembrance Remembrance is a golden chain Death tries to break, but all in vain. To have, to love, and then to part Is the greatest sorrow of one's heart. The years may wipe out many things But some they wipe out never. Like memories of those happy times When we were all together. -author unknown-

This outdoor rehearsal in that garden is so amazing! I'd love to be in the audience there or have them all in my garden. ops: Rusty's hair was so beautiful in the sunshine. Anyway, don't forget to take part in the webchat with Paul today! www.ustream.com/paulmccartney

Yeah, it was -- I kind of wished that people had come up with better questions, but after so many interviews, the heck if I know of any...! It's been a very nice Paul and Band week all in all... with the fabulous rehearsal footage yesterday that left me grinning broadly and then today, the webchat and, after a bit of confusion we got our tickets for the show in SF, so it was a banner couple of days! The only way to top it all off is: I'm going to Disneyland!

Lucky you, Kristi, seeing Paul and My Band so many times lately without having to travel much! I hope to see 'em too at least once this year... but they've gotta come to Central Europe.
