When I heard Sir Paul was coming to my hometown I was not just excited for myself, but also thought of my partner's daughter. She is a delightful gal with very significant special needs, and is a diehard Beatles fan. Besides a significant seizure disorder and cerebral palsy, she has a variant of autism that makes her have significant anxiety issues. She is quite verbal however, and we are all very proud that she graduated from college a couple years ago. To give an example of her liking of the Fab Four, her graduation party was completely Beatle themed, and one of her only long distance vacations was last year when her parents took her to England to tour the assorted Beatle hotspots. This above and beyond the typical fan stuff. She could never attend a concert, though, due to her inability to deal with crowds of this size and her parents never even considered being able to come out for this. So when I heard of the soundcheck packages, I thought this would be an ideal scenario for her. If she could roll in at 4 or whatever before the crowds enter, see an hour or so performance with only a few hundred people, she would be able to check off a seriously high 'bucket list' item. Granted they would leave after the soundcheck and I know that would seem quite wasteful, but this would be HUGE for her. So, when tix went on sale I got a pair of Hot Sound tix for them as a present and a pair of regular tix for myself and my wife. I KNOW, I KNOW I did not read the fine print like I should have regarding this package being non-transferrable until after I got them. Serious user error I fully admit. However, I was wondering if anyone on this board knew of whom I might email to see what options I have. I could only find the standard contact info via TM, and didn't think this would be the right source. I wouldn't mind coming to the venue with them to show my ID etc to get them in. It's just that she would really need to go in with her mom, I could not take her. Her autistic/anxiety related issues would require her to be there with her mom. Does anyone know of an person/email I might reach out to for help? Again, I fully realize now what I am asking for is against the 'rules' of these packages. I realize that the tour doesn't want these packages scalped and understand why the rules are set up this way. However I thought if I could reach the right person I might be able to plead my case and gain them entrance. It would really be a dream come true for her, so I am willing to jump through whatever hoops necessary (even spending a super premium for someone else to not even be there for the whole thing). Thanks for any help. Chris

SLO VIP SERVICES customerservice@slotix.com 888-SLO4TIX (888-756-4849) They assisted me with a different issue. Email got me the information I needed. I know others here have done the same thing and gotten your type of issue resolved. Good luck.

Shelly runs this organization (SLO VIP)) and also runs the Soundcheck experience. She is a very nice person and I'm sure she would be the one to contact. Good luck! Soundcheck is an amazing experience and whoever gets to use the actual concert tickets will have an unbelievable experience as well.

I think worst case you could just show up with them before soundcheck, show the tix and your ID and they should be able to enter.

I had the same issue, posted this in another thread. The folks @ Slo were really nice, got me all squared away for the Atlanta show!

I bought two of the Front Row tix, and had to use my mom's credit card, because i didn't have enough of a limit on mine. I contacted the Slo VIP folks customer service, and got a very nice response - - here's what has to happen for a VIP/soundcheck transfer:

To make a request to change from the original purchaser?s name to an alternate name, we would need the following items e-mailed to us: ? Photo or scan of purchaser?s photo ID ? Photo or scan of alternate attendee photo ID ? Something showing a relationship between the two parties (proof of same last name, same address, a working relationship with a co-worker, etc.) ? Your original e-mail purchase confirmation which contains your order number, etc. Please note: This transfer does not change your ticket distribution method or ticket pick-up method (will-call, e-ticket, mailed tickets, etc.); only the VIP check-in. If you need to change the name on the ticket pick-up or method of distribution, you will need to contact the point of purchase. Even though all packages are non-transferable and non-refundable as noted at the time of purchase, this is an exception that we may be able to provide if all of the above conditions are met. These steps have been put into place in an effort to protect the purchaser, as well as the new attendee, from any type of ticket fraud.

Hope that's helpful to them as need it!
