I bought the Red Rose Speedway deluxe boxed set

I tried to download the high resolution audio files, but unfortunately the memory device (USB Solid state hard drive) became detached before the end, as somebody knocked the laptop and the download was cancelled. I tried to download again, but was not allowed to.

I know you are only supposed to get one chance to download, but do you think that somebody from MPL would take pity on me and provide another code?

I did fill in a support ticket a few days ago, but no reply yet.
