@ladyleslie It is! I made a big pot of it Monday and have been eating it all week, haha. Topped with some diced avocado and it is spectacular!

Rishta bil Adas (Lebanese Pasta & Lentil Soup)
A comforting lentil soup that gets its rich flavour from carefully caramelised onions, a few spices, and fresh coriander. Cooking the lentils together in the same pan imparts their hearty flavour and turn the liquid into a wholesome broth.https://bakinghermann.com/rishta-bil-adas-lebanese-pasta-lentil-soup/
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + extra for drizzling
- 2 large onions
- 30 g coriander
- 4 garlic cloves
- 300 g brown lentils
- 1 heaped tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 heaped tsp plain flour
- 1 1/4 tbsp salt (18g)
- 300 g tagliatelle
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Pre-heat the olive oil in a casserole. Finely dice the onions and sauté them in the oil until dark golden (15-20 mins). Meanwhile, discard the lower stems of the coriander, finely chop the rest and set aside.
-
Grate the garlic into the casserole and cook for another minute until the raw scent has disappeared. Stir in the spices with most of the chopped coriander and let them heat through, then rinse the lentils and add them to the pan followed by 2l of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 20 minutes or until the lentils are just tender.
-
Whisk together the lemon juice and flour and stir it into the soup along with the salt. Break the pasta into spoon-sized pieces into the casserole and cook for another 10 mins or until al dente. Divide the soup over plates, garnish with the remaining coriander and a drizzle of olive oil.

RE: UK dates confirmed Manchester - London 2024.
@rowley Per someone else in here, I think you won't get your seat number until the day of the event. It's a little nerve-wracking, TBH, lol.
As for myself, it was a bit of a nightmare, but that worked out in the end...? Even though AXS designated my husband and I as bots and Event Travel kept erring out on me every time I tried to do something! In the end, I ended up with Hot Sounds (Rows 4-8) for the 18th and Hot Sounds Front Row for the 19th. The tickets for the 19th were completely unexpected. It was one of my sessions that erred out completely. So, I'm not sure how that took.
It’s a lot of money that we did not intend to spend. One show for Hot Sounds is already a bad financial decision, but two? Especially since our initial plan was to get one Hot Sounds Package and a pair of regular tickets!

@rowley Did you ever get anything back from Event Travel?

@crazy4beatles same issues for me with AXS

@crazy4beatles That makes sense, about seat placement. And yep, when I got Hot Sounds in LA the last tour, I knew what seat I was getting from point of purchase. We were 5th row dead center, which was nice.
Seems a bit nerve wracking to not know what you’re getting right away, what with spending so much money and everything.

@rowley I was wondering the exact same thing! Maybe they’re reserved for bringing hot young people down from the nosebleeds!

London is finally up on Event Travel! In looking at the Front Row Hot Sounds package though, your seat will be in one of the side sections?! What if your seat is so far off to the side, it’s not even in front of the stage?
