wasnt it great. hearts were steady rather than spectacular.i think they had a gameplan and it worked.! sorry though, you will come crashing down to earth on wed night.
Being a Manchester Utd fan, I feel a bit left out here. What's all this talk about failure and underachieving? I'm sorry I can't relate to you folks.
Its not intereseting winning all the time ....You need the highs & lows and being a Hibs fan its more about the lows unfortunately !

Tickets for most things are expensive, for the football, rugby and concerts its bloody expensive regardless... a cap would be a nice idea thats for sure
Unfortunately too true...We live in the good old United 'In charging us rediculous prices for everything' Kingdom.

I would agree that most who get the Scotland job are not fully committed, I would also say that most of them who get the job are yes men and get the job because they wont and don't rock the boat, only two spring to mind who were their own men, Tommy Docherty & Jock Stein. ohhhhhhhhh and Ally McLeod, forget Argentina, Ally done what no other manager has ever done, he united us and had us believing, albeit for a short time As for Roxy, Broon, Smith, McLeish etc it was all about personal stats and 10 men behind the ball which isnt my idea of football no-matter if it did get us the odd result.
Yeah we used to play football the right way...albeit we did have world class players. But even the players we have at the moment are decent, they may not be your Law's, Baxter's, Dalglish, Souness, Jordan etc but we have good players and if they were just allowed to play then who know's. Atleast we could go down fighting. I mean 4-4-2 at home is a given, why bow down to any other team. I understand caution away from home but we could have beaten the Czech's. Now lets look forward to Brazil 2014 because we are not making Poland/Ukraine.

The managers who have come into the Scotland job don't seem fully committed and continually restrict our players playing. Its like they are using it as a step up the ladder in their career. I mean Levein should walk if he cared about Scotland. We need to change the set-up of the league...everything is based around pussy footing around the old-firm so all their needs are met. We do probably need a drastic strip down of the whole thing and start something new. TBH I would be quite happy if the Old-firm went down south (which is highly unlikely) but atleast there would be more than 2 teams able to win the league.

the truth is that scottish football as well as being bad is totally over populated with journolists and media. no team outside the old firm is ever more than a few dodgy results away from being 'relegation threatend' or a few good results from being touted as the next 'big thing'. look at the way everyones been blowing smoke up 'kilmarnocks' arse lately.!!!! the product is boring and stale, the so called next 'answer' is to go back to a 10 team league?,,,yea right. its a real shame.i wouldnt mind but i cant help feeling that the scottish game is on the verge of oblivion. all that and i havent even mentioned the institutional descrimination and downright cheating that goes on in the 'S.F.A and pro referees against my club.. you see scotland can be a very bitter little country at times. i think the best thing that could happen is for a small team to win the s.p.l and perhaps scotland to fluke their way to a major championship. if these things happen in the next few years there may be hope.
Totally true...Its a sad state for football at the moment. Hibs were top of the league at xmas one year (media blows it out of proportion) we finish 5th. The only way to take the league forward is to have a 16 or 18 team league not to go back to the way it was 12 years ago. The national team have no chance with Craig "Harry Potter" Levien in charge. Has anybody every heard of a 4-6?!?! Those mugs were there for the taking. I think the sectarian divide is a big factor in the country and the media use every inch of it to pollute the game.

Well Im sure Hearts will win the Scottish Cup this year atleast.....they did the last time we were relegated anyway!...Would definately need to emigrate if that happened.
who do you support?...and we are out the Scottish Cup anyway ops:
Im so used to Hearts doing well I forgot!...so thats a bonus! Support the cabbage & ribs who after last night look as if they are real contenders for the drop unless major changes are made on & off the park. I wouldn't mind if they split the old firm tbh.
oh dear, yeah they are not looking good at all at the moment, the new east stand will look good in the first devision though
New Stand, Debt Free, New Training Ground. Whats the point if we cant even field a decent team! Its not a good time ER way at the moment. It seems neither capital team does well at the same time. If we're doing well then you's struggle and vice versa.

i must admit i try not to predict what sex that many of the people on here are. i myself have been accused of being a bird on here and other places where ive used this username.maybe has something to do with the artist 'miss dynamite' i think?. #it shouldnt matter what sex you are anyway.
Usernames are never very useful for identifying the sex of the poster, I'm female however I know many in the past have thought me to be male, especially when I started saying I was a Hearts fan
How can I respect your opinion now knowing that!

The good news is you've passed the i wanna be a scot audition, all you have to do now is get your arse over here pronto
Getting there is not a problem. Staying there is Have to figure out how hard it is to get a job there. Maybe I should push the company I work for now to open a branch in Scotland. If they can have one in England then Scotland should be a possibility as well. Or I just have to find me a cute, rich Scot
what about 'subo'...[susan boyle] shes got a face like a bulldog chewin a thistle but shes very wealthy, single and has a lovely voice!
Oh come on...that's a bit below the belt is it not!?!?!? I mean poor bulldog!

well the lastest rumour I have heard for T in the Park is The Arctic Monkeys...so that would mean no Paul Hopetoun House this year will start some gigs there which would be awesome, thats only like a half hour cycle for me- They still havent announced any gigs yet The castle still hasnt announced gigs for the summer yet, so that could be a possibility He needs to come back here, that was the best night ever. I still cant believe I've not met many of the Scottish fans, coz when I'm walking around normally I feel like the only one
I would hope he would stay away from festivals this year and just do some uk gigs. Hopetoun House would be a great venue, what is it 10000? And then the castle would be my own perfect venue to see Macca play. Mull of Kintyre at the Castle! Most Scottish people are probably too drunk to hold much of a conversation!

The weather was beautiful that day. I think if he were to do Edinburgh the castle would be brilliant. I think that would be better than Murrayfield
Without doubt...That would be an awesome venue but Im not sure how much the castle esplanade holds? There was that estate outside Edinburgh that hold's 10,000 that's doing gig's as of next year aswell. If he's going to come back to Scotland then I hope that it's not T in the Park.

Well if he can play Ireland twice in 6 months....
Then he def can play Scotland twice in 1 year... I prefer Edinburgh this time. Never been there
Same as its right on my doorstep! theres only really Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh that would be suitable for Paul.
