RE: The "Ram" Remaster Thread
Amazon did their part and the package was home on release day! Great job by the Concord/MPL people on this one. Everything is beautifully designed and built with care and quality. Well done! I've played the hi-res downloads and Thrillington so far and both sound very good indeed. The music videos on the DVD also look quite clear for 1971 era home shot movies. The 8x10 photos are superb and the book is great as expected. My only minor complaint is that the book binding doesn't seem strong enough and is already peeling a bit towards the back cover. Other than that, this one is A grade!

Hopefully Maccablog will have something for us soon.
link please
Link for what? I think crossroads is stating that there is no news there right now and only expressing hopes something will come along soon
link to "Maccablog"
Here's the link - http://www.maccablog.com/en/index.html There is nothing new there yet but they were the first to report both the BOTR and McCartney reissues. It seems like they have some sort of source within UM France and are able to get reissue information before anybody else.

Where is LETTING GO?
I want to know the same. I'm gonna have a panic attack if it isn't soon.
It was gone in Vegas too if I'm not mistaken?
No Letting Go in Vegas. It was replaced by Junior's Farm.

RE: Paul McCartney Archive Collection
Just picked this up from my other forum and its from Maccablog, the same site that got us first bit of news for the BOTR reissue. They say the next set of reissues will be McCartney & McCartney II!! "The news has been confirmed to MaccaBlog, the next remastered albums release of Paul McCartney will be McCartney I and McCartney II. Like the Band on the Run release, different editions will be available: For McCartney I : - 2CD package, the second CD containing rare and previously unheard audio documents. - 2CD and 1DVD package, with a 100 pages booklet. For McCartney II : - 2CD package, the second CD containing rare and previously unheard audio documents. - 2CD and 1DVD package, with a 100 pages booklet. The DVDs content has not been reveiled yet" http://www.maccablog.com/en/index.html#/n-mccartneyiandmccartneyiitobereleasedin2011-7998.html Time to get excited!!!
