@marcelwentink Hi, have you tried contacting MasterCard or your bank ? Maybe the credit card system blocks the attempt to buy tickets in Brazil from The Netherlands as security measures.

RE: Paul McCartney 2023 Rumors
@gordy-js said in Paul McCartney 2023 Rumors:
Just seen on Twitter a post saying “ Sign up to the PaulMcCartney.com newsletter to receive info on the latest news, releases, tour dates and much more ”
I know it’s been said before but surely with the tour rumours & this something’s afoot?I was excited too, but I guess the tease was about the 'Red Rose Speedway' release

RE: Paul McCartney 2021 - Rumours
If you take a look at the source code of mccartneyiii.com you'll find this:
.splash-tour-title, .splash-tour-table-header-date, .splash-tour-table-header-venue, .splash-tour-table-header-city, .splash-tour-table-header-tickets {
So I think they have some dates in mind, possibly looking forward to make a ticket - album bundle to boost sales and get #1 again.
They are probably waiting to see how everything COVID related evolves to announce a new tour, put tickets on sale before the album is officially released.

RE: Has Paul played his last concert?
"Gonna miss my religious trip to @GlastoFest this weekend; let’s celebrate it and count the days till next year. In life, one has to wait for the best... So, Dad, we will see you then! x Stella"
This is what Stella posted on her Instagram yesterday. As long as he is able to, he'll still be rocking out there. And I love that attitude.

Just been reading this article saying "Jackie Lombard, producer of the three stadiums that Paul McCartney was to complete in May in Paris and Lille, and early June in Lyon. I am trying to postpone these concerts in June knowing that the insurance companies can reimburse the cancellation costs. But if the ban is now limited to April 15, insurance will no longer work. So, I will have to try to maintain the original dates. "
It's from Googletranslate which might be a bit confusing from translation but the gist of it. I'd admit that I at first wasn't too concerned about it due to my initial ignorance but now it's got to be postponed for a while with the safety of attendees & also considering the McCartney fan base tend to travel to various countries & who knows about flight restrictions. Hopefully new dates are announced soon & we can all attend the new shows.
That article is from March 7, I think the global perspective has changed a lot since then, this tour won't happen at least this year.
I agree with 5th-beatle, I think Paul will play in Glastonbury 50th edition next year and move all these dates around that event.

RE: Barcelona/Europe Tour dates Corona Virus
Well, I've booked flight, hotels and got tickets for Lille, Paris and Bordeaux.
I'll lose an insane amount of money, but of course there are a lot of more important things happening right now.
I hope they move the entire tour to 2021, by then the world would have the vaccine (or at least it's what's been said) and i'll be safe for everyone, Paul, the crew, the audience.

You have several solutions to come from Lille. The easier is the subway line 1 but it will be very busy after the gig. It could be easier to use the shuttle (free bus) wich goes to line 2 station les Prés. Line 1 and line 2 meet at Lille Flandres railway station.
The last sentence means that they add subway trains before and after the event.
Thank you for your help french let it be
Now comes the long wait until the show, the first of the year !

Hello!
This will be my first time in France, I've got tickets for Lille and Paris shows. I'm from Argentina.I was hoping to get some help about the best way to get from the centre of Lille to the stadium and mostly to come back after the show as it would be more difficult to get an Uber then.
Also anything else that you would like to share about the city will be highly appreciated.
Thank you
Hope this helps. Getting there is not the issue...Depending on how late the show runs and the Metro hours of operation getting back after is always the fun part trying to catch the last trains of the evening with the rest of the crowd! Paris is the same way; which is why I booked an AIrBnB near La Defense and a hotel witinin walking distance in Bordeaux, although that shouldn't be as much of a hassle as after shows at Stade de France. I don't know if it is possible to reserve an Uber for after the show but sharing a taxi back to the center is always an option as I'm sure there will be hundreds of others heading in the same direction.
Thank you Bernie, I've found that link really useful.

You know they will be for sure ? Hope so !
It's just wishful thinking

Hi everyone. I'll be in Liverpool next week for the first time.
How would you recommend to travel between the most iconic beatle-related places on my own? (Without tours like Magical Mistery Tour, Fab Four Taxi)
Thanks !

Paul played last night:
1 song from Memory almost full (Dance Tonight)
1 song from Kisses on the bottom (My Valentine)2 songs from NEW (Save Us and Queenie Eye)
3 songs from Egypt Station (COTM/WhoCares/Fuh you)Still hoping for I Don't Know to be included on the set, but he's playing songs from 4 albums of the last decade (well, MAF was released on 2007).
A couple months ago Paul was saying he was only playing 3 songs from Egypt station because that was all they'd had time to rehearse. Methinks he told a fib.
Yes, totally agree.
They even had performed Confidante in Abbey Road Studios concert, it would fit perfectly on the acoustic set. And also to show the audience a bit more of diversity from Egypt Station.
The 3 songs he is performing now got him on bass.
