I am in total agreement that those articles should be removed. But posters also need to use judgement on the type of "news" that they post. I think often times what happens is people sign up to these "news alerts" and they get an email when there is a story containing the words Paul McCartney. Or they just do a google or yahoo! search. And then post that in the broadcast forum. I also think that's why there are always multiple threads with the same information. I think it's wonderful, all those who gather/search for news stories to post. But perhaps not everything they find needs to be posted. Especially stuff from Contact Music.

Well it sounds like he's not sold on the benefits of Live 8 anyway, so why would he care whether he was on the bill or not?
