On behalf of Canadians everywhere, thank you for coming to Canada again and for visiting cities that you have not preformed before. I'll be travelling to Seattle from Vancouver Island to see you but I'm thrilled for your fans in Regina Sask. and Ottawa Ont. who have not had the pleasure of your company, and for returning to Winnipeg and Quebec. You rock Paul...thanks so much.

Can you tell I drank too much coffee this morning? Can't shutup & wanted to say something about this city. What a place! The tour guide I had yesterday said the city population is only about 90,000, my small town @ home is 300,000. The city is clean & the people around downtown are all very young, well dressed & appear to be very successful. The population is mixed, I saw mostly orientals so this mainly applies to them. The men cut their hair in that current jagged style & wear the most fashionable clothes. NOT ONE goes around with their butt hanging out (like in London) or unshaven (like in the US). The girls have the latest makeup & wear it like a movie star. They are all wearing the latest style of parkas & boots. In the tour we went up to the viewing deck of Vancouver Center, Stanley Park, Granville Island & the one I liked best on a cold day - Bloedel Conservatory where I played with exotic birds in a warm rain forrest inside a geodesic (sp?) dome.
It was like being in So America, I bet Paul would really like this too. We also looked at million dollar homes on the west side. Goldie Hawn just sold one for 25 million there. Its pretty nice on the west side without being too flashy. The area has a large park & is rustic. Surprisingly the rich are all driving Farraries & Rolls Royces, I think I'd rather have a Land Rover here. The other site I really liked was Stanley Park where the Red Ceder trees have survived for thousands of years. Saw a bald eagle here for 1 second.
my first. If I was looking to move I'd definitely come here.
If you liked what you saw in Vancouver, you should come over to Vancouver Island, it's jaw dropping beautiful here.

So, it's almost here, our magical moment with Paul in Vancouver! Looks like the weather will be good and we won't get wet (hopefully). I'm hoping we get to see some bag pipers piping for the Western Canadian shows, that would be thrilling. Any other members taking in the show? As of yesterday there were more seats available, so if you couldn't get tickets before you can now. See you there! (I'll be the one with a big Canadian flag that says "Driving from Nanaimo to see Paul McCartney) it's been with me for 3 previous shows.

I'm a happy, happy lady today. Thanks to the pre-sale I picked up two great tickets section 215 (right front) row D seats 3 and 4. I've travelled to see Paul in Seattle, twice, Tacoma once and Vegas and now we get to see Paul in BC! It's going to be amazing! Yea us! I still have to travel though as I live on Vancouver Island and that means taking the ferry and staying overnight in Vancouver...hmmm, what hotel do you think Paul might be staying at? D My daughter has a ticket to see Paul in Edmonton too...fantastic!
