Thanks! We had a great vantage point, and a long zoom. I think that guy was making sure Abe and Wix didn't get into trouble. He looked so serious the whole time.
Paul sounded better last night than any show I've seen on the tour so far (live or on video). Loved getting "Jet" back in the set for this one, my wife hadn't seen him perform it live over the last several years since it had been dropped. It was really nice to be at the front of the railing in the upper level. Nobody in front of us blocking our view at all. So much better than Hershey, but was my wife's first time seeing two shows in the same tour, so she was very happy. I shot 5 full songs from the show, in case anybody is interested. These are from the 8/10 show last night: You Won't See Me -
Love Me Do - Lady Madonna - Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da - New -Great show, as always! Paul's voice got better as the night went on, though he struggles a bit on the usual songs. Band sounded great. Cluster editing the stadium and parking, but that's Hershey. Looking h forward to the DC show in a couple of weeks. We had lousy seats for tonight, but we're doing multiple shows in the tour, and have a Disney vacation coming up, so we were willing to sit further back. Girl in front of us shot vertical video the whole show. She must hate her friends. Vertical video? Madness!
Good to hear it wasn't just me. I kept getting an error "Your order cannot be processed at this time, try again later." It was pretty frustrating, and eventually gave up. Never had a big problem before. Glad I at least have Hershey in the bank. If I couldn't get DC now (or no 2nd night), I could live with that. Might try the AMEX sale, but not sure that will be any better.
Interesting. It would be inconvenient to hit shows on back to back nights in DC, but if it happens, I'm not sure how we could even consider not doing it.
WixRocks!:
WOO-HOO!!! Two shows close to home this summer!!! Man...I need a lottery ticket...fast!
Must not be too far from me. Glad I decided tip pass on Philly for now.
Just picked up Hershey there other day. This will be 2 shows about an hour or so from home. Nice, after traveling the last couple of years to shows.
He was really rough in Fresno. Some changes to the setlist could help. I'm just glad he's still playing, but it's definitely a struggle on some songs.
Ended up with crappy seats for the Hershey show, but too many other plans to justify spending money on good seats for Macca this year. Seen Paul so many times, I'm ok with being "out there" for this one.
At least we don't have to sit through the traffic now!

One encore Abbey Road now
Perhaps he'll break out Her Majesty.
Heh - I'm not holding out hope at this point.
Looks like we're going straight to the last song here now.
At this point, I'm calling it. No further surprises. My crystal ball tells me so.

There goes periscope for me again.
Yeah, I'm getting nothing from any of the feeds now. Probably something amazing being played.
My mom mocked and complained about Joe Louis one night when he attended a fight. The next day he died. We still give her hell for killing Joe Louis.
Mister Bellamy:
I love Paul, have seen him tens of times live and would still go see him a thousand times. But this "brand new tour" thing, with the "same old setlist" thing is getting pretty awkward... and boring!
Completely agree. Still love him, will still see the show, but would love for something to change a bit more.
I should be going to sleep, but I'm hoping against hope for something new in the encore.
I'd wager we might get one more surprise in the encores. Otherwise, paint-by-numbers the rest of the way.
Well it's the One On One Tour in Out There clothing.
