So last night was UNREAL, what a day at the soundcheck and the gig...AND...he read my sign out!
If anyone has any footage or photos of a lad (me) looking in shock with a sign that says "Go 'Ed Macca' send them my way, it was all a bit of a blur! Haha

Never been there but here’s the seating plan:
What seat # do you have? You will be in the 8th row of section B and the seats there are numbered 16 to 30, left to right as you face the stage. I would call that a decent seat if it is 20-25, dead center.

Looks like I'm right in the middle then which is awesome!
The Echo Arena is my hometown venue, been a few times to various events but just not that close, was also curious if anyone who has been in the first 8 rows for a Macca gig if it's a decent view? saw alot of people mention the 4th row in the centre but never usually as far back as the 8th.
I'll be at the Liverpool gig alone for the Hot Sound Package, bit nervous about it as will be first time so if anyone else is going would be cool to know!

Sadly as mine isn't a drawing of him I doubt I will get a chance! It's an Egypt Station Graphic Design piece. I was kind of hoping I may get more of a chance at the Soundcheck, but prob won't have the nerve to actually ask!
I assume he prob won't come over to everyone there? Unless he does because it's his homecoming gig?

Just wanted to ask a question!
I've been creating a piece of work recently which I am getting printed regardless to frame and hang up. In an ideal world it would be amazing for Macca to see it (and even sign it!). I'm going to be at the hot sound package in Liverpool next week so was wondering how realistic it is to get it noticed there?
I'm not too sure how many attend the hot sound package normally? But my gut feeling is that I haven't a chance haha.
If anyone has had a past experience would love to hear!
Would it be a ticketed thing or just turn up and try your luck?
I hope it's in the evening! Anyone got ideas of locations? Is The Cavern too obvious??

Will let someone from U.K. answer specifics, as I’ve only done U.S. Hot Sound, but it is the same except we also get a meal (and it costs almost double what you paid for the package!) I have a question - did you need a code to get the package?
Thanks! I just went through to the site that was offering the presale for the VIP Packages and queued up, didn't need a code for it surprisingly! I saw posts on twitter that there were problems with Ticketmaster and the general ticket pre-sale? not a big fan of this Verified fan pre sale really.
Made up I got myself a ticket though, always wanted to see him in my hometown with this experience but never been in the position to do so, can't wait for my 9th Macca gig now!
