Exactly. Paul and Ringo on the same stage is not a Beatles reunion, it`s just Paul and Ringo on the same stage.
Yes, but Paul and Ringo on the same stage is nothing to sniff at, especially for Beatles fans, who weren't alive until waaaaaaaaaay after the band broke up, and John was killed (like myself). As someone who was there, it was absolutely a dream come true to see them playing together in person. Someone wrote earlier that Paul played for an hour 15, he only played for roughly 45 minutes (including encores) (I looked at my watch when he started). Either way, it was fantastic! Also, Olivia Harrison and Yoko Ono were in the building (I didn't see them, but my sister saw it on the news). George was brought up a lot through out the night. It was a nice surprise and really touching (Sheryl Crow covered My Sweet Lord. It wasn't my favorite, but not a terrible cover). and Paul played "Here Today" so I'd like to think that they were there in spirit.

Ringo's never been a strong singer.... and he's often off-key. But it's usually at least passable. I've seen several of Ringo's All-Starr band tours, and he does alright. But after watching clips all the clips from last night, Ringo sounded really bad. If they do indeed release the show as a live album or a DVD, I wonder if Ringo will be able to re-record his vocal track.
Being there in person, I dont think Ringo sounded bad AT ALL. and this was my tenth time seeing him in concert. Maybe its because he is my favorite Beatle and I'm bias. And I'm convinced they will release it on dvd because its more money for the DLF and their cause. Its just a matter of securing the rights to the songs that were performed. All and all, a fantastic 4 hours, and a fantastic experience to see Paul and Ringo at the same mic.
