RE: Charlotte, NC - Time Warner Arena - 7/28/10 - ARCHIVE
Lennon Douglas Ross was born 2 days ago, happy and healthy. And while he won't be lucky enough to go see Macca in Charlotte next week, his big sis and his dad and his grandparents will be there! Don't worry, little dude, you'll come with us next time I promise (and mommy) And we got our tickets today from crowdsurge - YAY! What an awesome week this is.....

Sounds great singlepigeonavl !! Hope you manage to get it all finished .
i'm doing a final render right now. if my computer holds up and doesn't crash i'll have a clip to submit tonight. dang this was a TON of work, but we had a blast and Brian's new song was pretty inspiring. that two-track single he's selling on his website is sweet.

So...anyone making a video for 'I Found You'?
i've shot and edited a sequence for nearly the entire song, but i can't get my freakin editing software to rending it out without failing! my family and i have had a lot of fun making this video, i just hope i have a chance to submit it before the deadline.

News from Brian ...... New video contest for ?I Found You? http://bit.ly/cHp75s .............. What a great idea !!!
this sounds like a lot of fun. i love the new song! (think he had it out there as a freebie on his site for a short while last fall and i got it then). i'll have to put my new flip hd cam to use this week (and maybe pull out the big gun if necessary - canon 5D MKII). i just bought the new 2 track single from Brian's website. Happy Ending is f'ing great. This album is going to really kick ass, whenever it comes out.

RE: Charlotte, NC - Time Warner Arena - 7/28/10 - ARCHIVE
this thread does need a bit of a 'pick me up'! after attending 12 hours of child birth classes this weekend with my wife, i am ready for some excitement of a different kind! Our son Lennon is due on July 12th . The final stretch seems like an eternity. Seeing Paul in Charlotte on the 28th is the icing on the cake that is my summer - i've dreamed of seeing McCartney open a show with Venus & Mars / Rock Show since I was nine years old and my parents saw Wings in Philly ( '76). They returned home after those two shows with cool souveniers for my sister and i, bootleg tapes, and stories of these legendary shows that still give me goosebumps when i think about them. Needless to say, July 2010 is going to be one fantastic month in my life...

still trying to find out if the floor seats are numbered left to right or right to left. anyone??
i'd like to know this as well, and not just for floor sections but for the lower sections. I have a hunch that the seats are numbered from left to right in all sections, including the floor (from a viewpoint of someone facing the front of the section). I looked at the seating chart for Nashville (https://api.crowdsurge.com/crowdstore/templates/paulmccartney/graphics/pm-nash.jpg)) and it appears their arena seats all sections with #1 on the left. Assuming that most arenas would follow this convention.

i received my seating info this morning also: Section 113, Row H, Seats 1-4. Should be a nice view, particularly for the two really short people in our group (my mother, and my 10 year old daughter). Anyone know which side of the row the seat numbers start on? I am hoping seat 1 is on the far left side of the row (if you were facing the section from the floor).

Wow, I can't believe the way these tickets are being sold. I wonder if it is going to be this way for the presale on Wednesday. No way do I want to buy a ticket without knowing what row it is. I think this presale must have gotten screwed up.
It's ridiculous. I'm amazed at how unorganized this pre-sale situation has been. Both for Nashville AND Charlotte.
did the Nashville pre-sale also have this 'seats assigned within 24 hours' deal?

RE: Charlotte, NC - Time Warner Arena - 7/28/10 - ARCHIVE
i grabbed 4 tix in section 113 this morning at around 10:30edt. Let's just say that i am hoping that their message re: 'seats will be assigned in approx. 24 hours' also means they will CONTACT us at that time with the seating assignments (they don't say anything about sending out an email etc with the seating information). i can't imagine the pain of having to wait for the tix in the mail to find out my row/seat #'s!!

RE: Rusty
Ok so Rusty's new cd is a genius work. Honestly I'm severely, hopelessley addicted. Is there anyone out here with info on when and if he might play some gigs significantly east of CA this year? I live in NC and want to see him play these songs live if possible.

RE: Rusty
I'm completely 100% floored by Rusty's new disc. We picked up a copy in Atl last weekend. Who out here can tell me when and if he'll be touring on this record? No way in hell does he just sit on this stuff and not take it on the road. Will he ever have a website with a bulletin board etc? Come on Rusty, I'm serious! This record is incredible.
