Hi, So sorry to learn that you are experiencing this issue as well. :sad: At this point, you should shave received an e-mail with instructions regarding your VIP package. Please check your spam folder, if nothing there, you will need to contact the source of your VIP package purchase. Typically a VIP ticket is issued at the venue upon confirmation of identity. After contacting the source of your VIP package purchase, please follow their instructions, bringing with you a copy of your original VIP package purchase confirmation e-mail and the VIP instructions e-mail (once sent), along with your photo identification and the card used to purchase the VIP package.
