Sam Leach:
Hi Tashi (Stylegurrl) Yes with Paul what you see is what you get. He's a decent and caring guy. Re: LIB-N it's best to ignore the detractors. I like it, you like it. Who cares about the critics. And thank you for being the first to congratulate England for becoming World Rugby Champions. Love and hugs. Sam.
Hi, Sam. I'm not a "detractor". I like it but I see his faults. Anyway I've bought it. It will be surely the best new record this year. The "dissapointment" comes from the bonus CD. It seems directed to the general audience not to the fans. The fans would find these 7 seconds tracks uninteresting, cause the are bootlegs of the whole songs. But it can attract some new fans to the endless world of Beatles' Bootlegs. BTW, notice that John's Piano Piece (Imagine) it's credited as "Lenono Music" not Northern Songs, cause it's Imagine. On the other hand Paul's Piano Piece (Barber's Adagio-like) it's Northern Songs.

Sam, I forgot to add you are right about the suits working. Eppy was gay so no wonder he would like them. I don't want to sound rude but maybe that is why Eppy liked the suits. I don't like wearing ties either. I always thought that they looked very tacky.
The only time I heard the Beatles were possibly effeminate [ - those long hair...well..you know... ] was sometime during 1964... it vanished as soon as their beatiful girls photo started to appear in the newspapers

Sam Leach:

Hi Starr, thanks for the welcome! Yes, this is a lovely thread. I feel welcome here. Everyone is so very nice. It's so comforting knowing you can come to this thread and no one will bash you for your feelings. Everyone seems to get along so well here. I will definitely come here more often.
-
I couldnt have said it better myself, that is why i like coming here too as you can talk about anything and everything and no one will bash you, we're more mature here than that! and you're welcome for the welcome!
-
How the hell are ya! I sent Email to your site about the book. Also, I just listened to Fly on The wALL. Got a little teary eyed. I miss those days. When they played together, all was good. . They were one hell off a band, though. THe harmonies, the talent. They were so in sync with each other in the studio and on stage. O'K, enough nostalgia. Making plans for Beatlefest in Liverpool for next year. The city where greatness began.

Cesar you are right long hair for men was considered inappropriate at that time. It is funny how times have changed and now long hiar is consdired normal for men.

Hello everyone. I was just off to bed and I find loads of posts so as I'm up early tomorrow I hope it's okay to make my `goodnight' post a mass one. Merry 483. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YA !!!! Joanne (Beatlemaniac)> I've sent my address to you via an e-mail. Thanks for your nice comments. Dmmedic Thanks for your order too and I've sent you an e-mail woith my address. Cesar (Cbimbi) You know we all have a laugh about Seaman but we must recognise the previous great years he had for England. He just went on a little too long. As did his ponytail, heh, heh. Sara (Starr). Thanks for the plugs and that you too loved my book. Oliver I'm pleased you are finally getting somewhere with your songs. Do what THEY want for now and eventually when you're famous.... ....then you can do YOUR thing....YOUR way. Love, hugs and cheers everyone. Goodnight. Sam.

mmm... it's an important decision... well... it's THE decission. mmm... I will not make anything "for them", I'll just give them my stuff and let them do whatever they want to do with it... mmm... (breathing deep) It's almost like covers of my songs. I know that thing is big and serious. That international manager seems to know all in the business very well... Maybe the time has come and all I'm doing is thinking twice everything. mmm... I've got to know who will pay the arrangements and the recordings, I think they should be them, but I'm not sure. Well if they do all the arrangements and the recordings... I will almost have no job. My true arrangements are in my head, the songs are here (pointing side of the brain). Recorded them in our way or another won't change them. If I've written 200 songs... it can be a crazy time showing all to them. Well, they got to call me again, I'll think about it in the meantime. If I'm willing to do it with them I'll call and ask for the details. What a moment.
-
Hi Sam, I haven't added my congrats yet about ENGLAND being WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!! I'm also sending you an email... Love, Jennifer P.S. You WILL be at Abbey Road on the River again next August, won't you? Even if it's not on the river? I guess they are changing the venue but I'm all ready to put in my reservations. I need something like that to look forward to and I hope to see you there again!
-
Oliver. Give them 10 but make sure you have what THEY"RE going to do for YOU in writing first. Cheers, Sam.
-
Hi Jennifer I'm not sure about `Abbey Road on the River' yet as they don't seem to appreciate that I'd be a good guest speaker for them. I'll keep you posted. Love and hugs Sam.

Hi Sam, Hmmm. Gary Jacobs is on my list of people to call soon. Perhaps I should tell him that you are one of the reasons I'm going. It's true. Hugs, Jennifer
