I saw this guy (band) last night on CROSSROADS with Martina McBRide... really enjoyed it!...they're voices meshed well together, and they had some great casual conversation between songs that was very enlightening to me....he's such a cool guy and I really dig his voice!! ENJOY!

Thanks Claudia & David and everybody. Claudia, I really do think your writing style would mesh well with mine as co-authors and the fact you're willing is astonishing, fantastic! Been searching for this online for ten years!! Offline, much longer than that. Pose the query, "what to write the book about?" to your unconscious and I will, to mine, and see what percolates and emerges to the surface-- hope it doesn't take too long! I love to have writing projects going. Makes me a much more happy camper I even sometimes get kind of miserable in a way, when I don't have one (It needs to be commercial and would appeal, and sell. Not to detract from the artistic creative aspect, but sure would be nice if it sold a lot and got published in the first place, of course .)

Hey Suze ... glad you're psyched and and I am aswell...I actually thought about writing a book some time ago...believe that??, but then kind of dismissed the idea. Not to worry, we'll think of something.
-
This one's for you Suze ..I opted for sound quality rather than video on this one...ENJOY!
-
Susy, I know you were taken with this tune after I posted it some time ago, and I could listen to it all day long it's so beautiful....I found this interesting video to accompany it ...kinda neat...anyway, enjoy every morsel of this piece of musical ambrosia Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Do I have the audacity to play this a day after Thanksgiving?? You bet I do...it's just cause I love it so and can't wait to hear it Enjoy!...

I really always loved this one, very trippy

Thank you, Claudia and Happy! In Fellini's "8and a half" movie, Marcello as Fellini the director is enamoured of an actress, Claudia Cardinelli, who also is named Claudia in the famous film. But Marcello pronounces the name "Clowdia." It sounds cool the way he says it. Familiar with that line reading of Marcello's in the film, "Clowdia"? That must be the Italian pronounciation of your Christian name Do you like how he says it? I favor the Americanized version of the name. But Marcello does make it sound cool

I liked that Creedence Clearwater for Suzie Q... haven't heard that song in a while This is one of my favorite videos
Another one I really like -
Thanks for the great music, Claudia (Clowdia, in Marcello Mastroianni's manner of speaking) and Happy (Loves2Travel)!! and everybody. Especially like "La belle Dame Sans Merci" with clips from old films (I sure miss having Turner Classic Movies channel!), reminds me of reading that big Ava Gardner bio recently. Ava was quite something... Seems I recall reading that Paul Mc. likes that Snow Patrol song! It's lovely. Wish I could find a good "Empty Garden (Hey Hey Johnny)" by Elton John, about his friend John Lennon, can anyone find one
-
Oh, you're so welcome Susie Q...glad you're enjoying the songs...I guess we pretty much have similar tastes in music we're coming to realize so that's just great! btw....I ADORE that SNOW PATROL song...so incredibly moving...wow..had totally forgotten about that one Oh, and yeah, wasn't that old bar/dance club scene with Charlie Chaplan just perfect with that video "LA Belle"?? I even think I saw David M. sitting at one of the tables having a drink in it Oh, and yes I'm familiar with Marcello M and Claudia Cardinelli and I actually like my name pronounced either way....I think the British would also pronounce it like "Clowdia" as well...very sweet. Oh, and here's that Elton song you wanted...I had it saved from when I posted it some time ago...ENJOY!

"Clowdia" Claudia and Happy Loves2Travel, do you like Sean and Charlotte's music? Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp Muhl --are they a bit too precious and "fey" as some charge--they seem to be Francophiles though, their music inspired by "retro French pop" it's said. I can relate to their being Francophiles There's info about Sean and Charlotte on "Yesterday" section, by Puma

I know Claudia's found you Empty Garden, but i think the best live version comes from Elton's 60th Birthday bash at Madison Square Garden, the DVD is brilliant. Empty Garden MSG in 2007
