I don't even get that message, all I get is a black screen. Will check again tomorrow. Everything else is working fine.

I don't even get that message, all I get is a black screen. Will check again tomorrow. Everything else is working fine.
Good news - and you are far better off than we are, as I have been unable to access the entire site for several hours... Hopefully we will see an improvement sometime soon.

I'm now listening to Electric Arguments. I found one tour and clicked on the shows I attended. Haven't been able to figure out where it was again!

"Tours" Scroll down to the bottom of the current tour to "Choose Another Tour."

Great! Glad you found your way there! I had been marking our attended tour dates as well - took several attempts to complete. Cannot wait until the site is running smoothly - sooooo much to enjoy!!!

I was able to create my account and log in.My user ID and info comes up. .. But I can't find the forum through the site. Do you have to create a new account on the site?

I'm having a hard time upgrading to premium. It says something about logging in with the access pioneer account when I'm trying to check out. What do I do here?

The forum hasn't been intergrated into the new site yet. This will happen in a few days though.

Ok so when I signed up for premium membership the first time it said, it didn;t go thru. But i signed up and paid again and it did go thru. I recieved email from the first AND second orders, as if both got thru. I do not have 100 extra dollars on hand and I don't know how to cancel the first one and wonder if it will charge to my family member's credit card.

They might be more sympathtic in these cases - due to the problems with the web-site a reasonable claim can be made it's not of your own making. Anyway first off send an e-mail to Topspin explaining the issue - and the problems with the site launch. Martin
