Just wondering if this happened to any other premium members? I received an email today for basic members (I am a premium member) notifying me of the presale tomorrow at 1:00 pm instead of 10:00 am. Anyone else have this happen?
Hi, I just had a look at your account at the main site and see that you are appearing as basic membership: http://www.paulmccartney.com/web/herkules/home I would suggest that you contact Topspin Customer Support explaining the situation. In your message to Topspin, please include your name, username at the main site, and your premium order number and/or premium fan ID number. You will find these numbers on your premium order purchase receipt e-mail. If you are planning to participate in the premium membership pre-sale tomorrow (Wednesday), I would suggest that you write something along the lines of "urgent/premium pre-sale" in the subject line. You may contact Topspin Customer Support here: https://app.topspin.net/account/help_public In an effort to find the quickest resolution to your situation, I would also suggest that you contact our webmaster explaining the same and again, indicating something along the lines of "urgent/premium pre-sale" in the subject line. Not to me, but one thing we long time members have learned is to watch this forum from the time the concerts are announced until the time the tickets go on sale. Be glad the sale didn't go live with no notice as they have in the past.

Yeah, I agree with maccascruff in regards keeping an eye to the forum. To me (take it or leave it) it seems to be 1000 times more reliable (um... that's just an estimation :wink when it comes to knowing things as much ahead of time as you can. Well, sometimes speculation can be correct, albeit not too much sometimes, but at least there are others to share in the frustration with, if not anything else... instead of boyfriends or husbands or kids or friends not knowing what the hell you're rattling on about... here you have someone who gets it. Admins seem to be posting really helpful information and the posters out on this forum have been very helpful. You guys should be very proud of yourselves. I'm a newbie in regards to ticket buying, but I did do some research as much as I could to try to attempt to help... midst my being crazy. ops:

Anita, thanks for all your help, but I guess I should have been more specific. When I tried to upgrade to a premium account I had some problems with this account so I created another one and purchased a premium membership with that account. I guess I should have logged in with my premium account and then asked my question. Regardless, the email I received today for my premium membership stated that presales begin at 1:00pm which In my opinion is for basic members. I guess we'll see what happens in the morning. If you have a functioning Premium account, no problem then. Just log in, and visit this page: http://www.paulmccartney.com/web/guest/upcoming-tour-dates at the time listed here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2613880#2613880 That's 10.00 am local time to the venue for both Canadian pre-sales today. At the right time, refresh and the sale buttons should appear. Martin

I received the same email as Herkules telling me presales for Canada are 1pm local time & yet as far as I can tell I'm a functioning Premium member. I really don't want a nightmare glitch at 10am.

The e-mails are not your entry point to the pre-sales, just advance warning. So long as you are logged in as Premium member you will access the pre-sale through the Tour page shown above at the time advised for the Premium account pre-sale. Your main site Profile confirms your Premium status - your avatar bears the purple Premium member heart - as well as the more boring Premium member label So you're set to go. Best wishes with your purchase. Martin

The thing that's reeeally irritating is that I finally got a message back from Topspin, and they still don't see that there was a problem. We sent out links to members. I am a member. We got links. We got no code. Codes are something you have to take up with ticketmaster. Ticketmaster says you have to provide the code. SO MADDENING!

The LiveNation presale code (for the Mobile App presale and the regular Live Nation presale) for the two Canadian concerts is posted on the Live Nation Western Canada Facebook page. Their presale is on all day today and the code is: SOUNDCHECK I read that the Edmonton Live Nation presale allotment is sold out, but there are still good seats available for the Vancouver concert. No code was needed for Premium members. The AEG pre-sale required a code. Those were posted here.

Hi! Welcome to the message board! So sorry to learn that you experienced a frustrating situation with the recent pre-sale. There was no code necessary for the recent premium pre-sales, members simply had to log in at the main site with their premium account to gain access. At the main site, fan club pre-sales are located here: http://www.paulmccartney.com/web/guest/upcoming-tour-dates You must be logged in with your premium account to see the activated pre-sale links. Topspin does not provide codes for outside pre-sales. Those codes must be obtained from the source, such as the venue, promoter, etc. Topspin and Ticketmaster were indicating that you had to gain access to the various pre-sale codes via the source - venue, promoter, etc. Several very kind members here at the message board have provided codes for outside pre-sales. Hopefully you have been able to take advantage of their kindness. There was no code required for Premium or for Regular PM.com members to buy presale tickets either, and the PM.com fan presale tickets were sold thru CrowdSurge, not Ticketmaster. It was just the VIP tickets that redirected to the ticketmaster page, and no codes were required once you got there. At least I think that's how it worked ...
