That's from the Deluxe Edition of the comeback special, it has even the attempts of the choreographies, all the takes I think.

There is very little film footage of Elvis in 1969. It is hard to find film of '71, too. Although Elvis' '71/'72 setlists are my least favorite, I am fascinated whenever I find video of Elvis in 1971. Here is a great audience-shot video of Elvis in Houston, 1971. Elvis is top form here:

That is true. The Beatles were an unknown group starting their tenures in Hamburg. Elvis was on a U.S. Army base out of harms way. There's no way John could have called Elvis. Never heard that anywhere. I did read that Paul called and spoke to Elvis later though, after Beatlemania started. I think it during the '64 tour. Then they had the big meet in '65 in L.A.
-
When Elvis died, Paul said he'd been wanting to produce an album for him. Could you imagine the results? By 1976, Elvis' studio creativity had hit a drought, and a McCartney-produced album would re-invented him as a recording artist.

The video is of course a parody thing. Like ''''John'''' says in the video, 'it's your pen-pal'.

NEW TRIVIA QUESTION: (kind of a hard one) Name the four songs that were recorded/performed live by Elvis and Ray Charles. BONUS: Name a fifth one that Elvis and his bodyguards/musicians sang in humorous fashion in the documentary That's The Way It Is.
-
You do mean individually, don't you? Georgia On My Mind? Hit the Road Jack? (totally guessing with those two) I Got a Woman (that's the only one I'm pretty sure about) Can't remember the song from That's the Way It Is, but I bet I'll know it when you tell us. Hint?
-
