Are they going to film the concert? Hope so!
It's being broadcast on TV, so my assumption is yes.
The Dec. 12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at Madison Square Garden will have a TV audience as well. HBO, AMC, Showtime and Sundance Channel are just four of the domestic networks that will televise the show aimed to serve as a benefit to the victims of the storm that caused tumultuous damage on the East Coast several weeks ago. Which other networks will air the concert is still being worked out, but several more are likely to be added. The show will be also be livestreamed by Hulu, Yahoo and AOL. from this article here: http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118062698#.ULVNImL8UiE.facebook
article also said "Show is expected to last about four hours. "

Finally, ticket prices! $150-$2,500 No listing of how many different price levels, though.
Info was on Twitter, just so people know this is legit.
I wouldn't use Twitter as a reliable source. The info. actually appears on the official Ticketmaster page for the 12.12.12 concert, so that is the source I pulled the information from.
-
The concert is going to be aired right? NBC?

The tweet was on the official Sandy Relief account that I accessed via the official Sandy concert website, so I would say that was reliable. I too saw it on Ticketmonster but when I saw it, the price ranges had not yet been posted. Last I looked no breakdown of prices on the seats yet.

I imagine you get more than one ticket for the 100k vip package... not that that puts it in reach for people. These would probably be purchased by corporations etc. or maybe powerball lottery winners in arizona and missouri lol.

There's a pre-sale for Chase cardholders. It started at 9 A.M. I took a look, and tried a few times, but no tix showed up for any of the choices I tried. I didn't try too hard, as I really can't afford to go.
