GYPSYGIRL:
Nancy R., I know exactly what you mean. Bobby Sherman was kinda cute then. Anyone ever go to a dinner theater? We did a couple of times. Different.....
I liked Bobby Sherman's songs better than the way he looked (Hey, Little Woman) I have been to Medieval Times in Orlando, does that count?

Am eager to see "Rickie and the Flash" with Meryl Streep playing a rock musician (she actually learned to play guitar for this role!)--think of Streep playing Margaret Thatcher, and a nun (in "Doubt"), and in her upcoming movie an early suffragette in the 1800s--and now as a rock band's lead singer ! Her range as an actress makes one's head spin. To state the obvious. She said she didn't mind kissing Rick Springfield (he plays a member of her band).

Glory they're making a big screen version of "Absolutely Fabulous" A movie Ab Fab. What took them so long? It's so hilarious and British And a third Bridget Jones flick is being filmed "Bridget Has a Baby" or something like that. A poster voiced concerns that both Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth need to plump up a bit for their roles. (Eat jelly roll to get "roles"--laughs--bad pun, sorry.) Because They're each looking older, more mature, but then, Bridget has aged some. Not as much as in Helen Fielding's latest "Bridget" novel "Mad About the Boy" in which Bridget is 52. This movie will have a different story. Patrick Dempsy reportedly will play the second male lead, instead of Hugh Grant this time around. I'll miss that cheeky bad boy Hugh, but I dig McDreamy Dempsy too

I'm going to see "The Boss" Sunday, Melissa McCarthy's new comedy. Her last one "Spy" was pretty wild Really look forward to this July's "Ghostbusters" remake with an all woman cast, including McCarthy. She's so funny.

Never heard of any of these. The last Melissa McCarthy movie we had here was with Sandra Bullock.

You've not heard of "Tammy" either, McCarthy's comedy with Susan Sarandon, Hailey Mc.? Hong Kong isn't into Melissa Mc.? She's the hottest female comic in the states rite now, followed by Amy Shumer and Rebel Wilson (I think). "Spy" also starred Jude Law, Jason Strathan, Rose Byrne and her boyfriend IRL Bobby Cannavale On T.V. , before "Mike and Molly," Melissa McCarthy co-starred in "Gilmore Girls" which I have on DVD.

What stars and entertainers are popular in your neck of the woods, Hailey Mc.? Your glamourous big city ultra exotic sophisticated neck of the woods, which isn't all that woodsy, more sky scraper heavy, looks like I saw Melissa's new flick "The Boss" tonight, funny and wild, too much cussin' but at times the frantic hyper cussin' strikes one as humorous, I must admit. It showed little girl scouts engaging in cat fights (actually some degrees more physical and violent than just "cat fights" or kitty fights--was a bit disconcerted, but I suppose The Hunger Games trilogy opened the door to that, in a big way--anyways, not to sound too much like Carrie Nation--"The Boss" is wonderfully entertaining and fun, and seemed to end much too soon ).
