Love is Paul:
Hi, due to a computer problem, I had to restart my browser and now it says: "The code you entered has already been assigned to a live order, the order has a status of 'Awaiting Payment', please visit your account area to review if this order is yours." What can I do to order the tickets? PLEASE please help me. Thank you!
If you are still experiencing issues, you can get tickets here: http://www.crowdsurge.com/paulmccartney/
Thank you very much for your reply! It worked! YES! THANK YOU!

Reenter the purchase process. When you get to the Buy Pre-Sale Ticket page look at the fourth line down: All Dates/ Checkout Select Checkout to see the tickets reserved with your code. The sale will time out eventually and then you will be able to start over if neccessary. Martin

I'm confused. Do they want the e-mails we used to sign up for our pioneer memberships? (I didn't sign up with discus. Does one have to for presale?)

The e-mail address required is the one used to receive newletters and promotional e-mails from the main site. In many cases this may be the same as that used to purchase your paid-for memberships through TopSpin but you do not have to have done that to secure pre-sale access. The newsletter registration is top right of every page on the main site - click on "Sign Up" and enter your e-mail address if you are unsure. You do not need to subscribe to the Disqus comment service to access pre-sales under this new system. If you receive periodic e-mails from Paul already then the account to which those are sent is the correct e-mail address and you do not need to resubscribe or change anything. Martin

Sort of relevant: I'm pleased to see the GA tickets are reasobly priced for an event like this: $60 euros. This is good as you can get to the venue early and when doors open you can get closer to the stage, better than floored seating. The VIP tickets seem pointless are you are seated farer away from the stage! This gives me some hope that the eventual UK dates won't quite cost the earth!

This unfortunately only applies to the gig in Vienna though. These VIP tickets are pointless indeed. So good that it's general admission standing, it's a rock and roll show and not a theatre after all. But the GA standing tickets the nearest to the stage aren't 60 euro, that are the 'Stehplatz'-tickets behind the 'Golden Circle' ones, which are 105 euro, and already unavailable at the moment. It is very confusing.

Oh, and the tickets in Poland are the most expensive ones in Europe so far, almost double the price as the top seats on previous tours, so don't get your hopes up too high about a reduction in price, haha... The general admission ones were always like 70-90 euro (about 100 US dollars), at least in the Netherlands in 2009 and 2011, and those would get us right to the front.
