from Phil---- The show was great as usual! the rain let up right away, it wasn't a problem. We were lucky enough to be part of a Meet and greet with Mr. McCartney for LIPA. LIPA's host was Suzahn who was informative and a great person to share a concert with. MJ Kim and Brian Riddle along with other members of the security team added to a great night! Thanks to all of them, especially Mr. McCartney for making the night so special. now looking forward to Indianapolis on Sunday and seeing some friends.

harley Thanks for the topic post. I had the chance for the meet and greet through a charity site. I was with people who had the meet and greet through LIPA. i didn' have my oppurtunity for the meet with them.It is a charity Mr. McCartney is very passionate about. When I was in Liverpool for the Anfield concert the Liverpool Institute was a place my son and I visited. very impressive. Suzahn who ran the meet and greet for LIPA was a ton of fun and added to a great concert, she is a teacher there and is a wonderful representative of the institute and a if you ever get a chance to hang with her , take it she is an added treat to any event! We miss her already. I couldn't post from my room in Washington or in Indianapolis because you cant't sign on to a web site and post for security reasons. I'm on a hotel computer that is running out of time and there is a line behind me. The meet was a great time. Tomorrow before or after the concert I will try and get the time to tell you what it was like. if not when I get home I will post. Thanks for the posts, There might have been more, but a lady, we will call her grandma, she knows why, is a member of this board and I think I remember her telling me her board name was grandma, inside joke. I think she said it was Sarah, who was from Panama and is a fan who traveled by herself to see the man. Great people, great concert. it's Mr. McCartney's world, we just live in it!

Congrats. So this was a LIPA thing? A charity meet & greet auction?
-
We all met at the will call window and then went to a room and had something to eat and drink while we were waiting. Paul was suppose to come in say hello and take some pictures. Because of the weather and traffic Paul arrived late. It was getting late so they brought us outside where the dressing rooms were. Paul came out shook some hands and said hello. When he came to me he said , I know you , and he's looking like he was trying to figure out where he knew me from. I thought I must have reminded him of someone. Then he came back and said I know you from the audience. Then MJ Kim took some pictures and Nancy came out. Then he left to start the show. before I could get to my seat the concert started. I!m looking forward to seeing the concert and some familiar faces tonight.

There were 9 people with Suxahn who was running the meet and greet. They were there throug LIPA. I don!t know how they were chosen or got their opportunity. I got my meet and greet brought a charity auction site. The charity site got the meet and greet through LIPA .

Thank you Joyce. We always look for you, where have you been? The last time we saw you was at the movie. Yes, the seats were great, we all sat in 10th row center. I really thought he had me confused with someone else, but I have seen him a lot lately and from good seats. Yes, I really enjoyed it. I hope to see you soon at a concert!

LOL. I did see you from afar in Brooklyn wink I was at both Brooklyn sound checks and had 8th row A3 in Boston. All great shows!! Have fun tonight!!! D
