I read about the Me album. James and Band are coming to Birmingham, Alabama this Sunday... only 90 miles from me. I have been debating on to go or not 4 over a week. Still has tickets available. I am waiting 4 a sign from the Universe. If anyone else is going 2 B'ham will ya let me know? I read it is pretty much standing room only and I am feeling weird about hanging in some strange club all by myself? Thanks.

He's playing near Atlanta tonight but I'm too tired to go. It's probably sold out anyway.

Sorry Nancy... I am tired too, have a lot going on. Who knows what I might do? If I went I'd probably be out of place with all the young whipper snappers in the Club . So... : Just checked out the venue...it looks cool. Now I can't think of a darn thing to wear! Oh well.

Thanks! I was going anyway...then someone broke my locked gas opener on my truck and then today slashed my tires! Sorry James, I really wanted to see ya in Birmingham tomorrow night. I guess the powers that be did not want me there. I took photos of the damage and just to tow it to the dealership cost me over $100. Maybe next time Nancy! Really, all my friends have children or their husbands won't let them go anywhere! We'll do it!

That is a bummer! (and I know what you mean about friends with husbands/children!)

James is playing London at the Old Queen's Head on Thursday. Is anyone going? I'm tempted. Especially if any other McCartneys will be present. I'm regretted not getting tickets to his last London gig. I was literally on the ticket page seconds away from buying one and if I did I would have been in the same room as James, a large McCartney clan including Mike McGear AND see Paul AND see Ronnie Wood!!! Anyone think Paul will be there this time? When's his next gig? He might be in the country so who knows. Anyone else going? Unfortunately it's the only chance us Brits get to see a McCartney play a gig at the moment.

If I were you and/or if I was in London, I'd go!!

I went last night - first time I've seen James since his first London gig with Light. No Paul but Stella and Mary were there, Mary very active towards the front taking photos of James (on her iPhone!). There was a very touching moment when James played Bluebell - which is apparently about his mum's favourite perfume - and the girls cuddled as Mary wiped away a tear. I've got a couple of nice shots of Mary in the crowd if I can work out how to post them later on.

Wisteria:
such a beautiful song. And I did not think of his Dad while he played at all. He is very talented. Smile I got to smile 4 a couple of minutes today. Thank God 4 music. * I reposted this from the other thread. Anyway, whomever James wrote that song for, he puts so much emotion into it. IMO, that person should pick up the phone and call him right now! Oh, and I love those blue boots. * -

I love this song as well, it was great to hear it live Does anyone know the name of the font on Jame's newest album, the double album? I really like it and I've been trying to find that font. I can't find it anywhere?!

New song, sung by James. Written with Sean!
