Off the Ground

Glad to see I'm not alone in liking this album; my interest in McCartney had waned in the early nineties (although I still played Harrison's catalogue quite a bit).
I remember picking this up at a flea market for less than a dollar, and felt like a I had discovered a gem.
Love the songs "Hope for Deliverance" "I Owe It All To You" (with its haunting opening)"Golden Earth Girl" "& "Winedark Open Sea"
This album also spawned a live album "Paul is Live" Perhaps one of the most beautiful versions of "Here, There and Everywhere" I've heard!

I first found this album and also the Flaming Pi e album at a record and CD shop. When I took them home to listen to I was like wow! this is nice soft rock music. Off the Ground is one of my favorites that he did in the 90s. I need to listen to it again sometime. Been awhile for me. I do like Paul's older solo albums. I like anything he does lol!
