Any sound check report?

Back in snowy, icy Wisconsin after steamy, waterlogged Brazil! Great time. Count me in if Paul returns to SA next year! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Same to you, Bernie. Welcome back!

So, is OUT THERE over?? Or will this tour continue into 2015? Or is a new tour on the table?

With no new dates announced, I would say "Out There" is over.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself! And yes, I've been hearing rumors of concerts in Brazil and Argentina next year.
DrivinFan:
Carlos...do you have any photos of the last two shows that you can share? Also, did Paul mention that this (11/26) was the last show of the tour? Thank you!
Hi! Yes, I'll be glad to share my pictures once I'm back home, in about 10 days' time. There was no official mention of this tour being over, but his crew did a tribute to him during Let It Be that looked like it may be.

A friend of mine was at the 26.11 soundcheck and told me it was very short (no more than half an hour) and that there were no rarities.

As reported earlier, no "final dates" were mentioned, and even today Brian Ray posted "after 21 months on 4 continents and too many cities to name, playing 63 shows, the Out There Tour comes to another sweet finish for 2014".

Official attendance: 45,000 each night. Total attendance of the 5 Brazilian concerts: 184,800.

Oh man, it really was a very short soundcheck, even playing some songs at fast tempo to end it as soon as possible, Carlos, any clue why this happen? why Paul was late? I mean, a 25 minute soundcheck and paying that much money...poor fans Sao Paulo 26 soundcheck: Honey Don't Blue Suede Shoes One After 909 C moon/Celebration (coda by request of a fan, just a small fragment) Things We Said Today The Midnight Special and the rest of the songs (about 3).. missing info but we can guess: Something, Magic Piano jam and Lady Madonna.

Soundchecks on second dates are ALWAYS shorter.

Maybe in Argentina or SA, yes JAVIER, Oh, sorry, I mean, Javier, 10 minute shorter (from 1 hour first day, to 50 min second, from 50 min first to 40 min second), but, from 50 min first day to 25 minutes? I mean, come on! I've been in more than 20 soundchecks, but never, oh, sorry again, NEVER seen one done in 25 minutes. And nop, not ALWAYS the second one is shorter.

I don't know why he was that late, but I did see his arrival at the stadium. It was raining a lot before that, but by the time he arrived it had stopped. Maybe they were waiting for better weather before leaving the hotel? Anyway, I'm glad I chose the first night for soundcheck, which lasted about 50 minutes and ended a few minutes before it started raining.

Well the bright side is they got to hear "One After 909"...a bit of a rarity

Señor Miguel, I was waiting for Paul to come out of the hotel the second day and it was literally pouring hurricane style in Sao Paulo. Perhaps they were just waiting for the rain to stop a bit.

Did anyone happen to capture the Multishow broadcast? Only a few videos appeared on YouTube but nothing on ROIO sites

I just watched it on Youtube. His vocals sound so rough, it's almost unbearable at times. It really saddens me. As it has been in recent years, it's mostly the beginning of the show. Except, it's becoming more and more now... I think he needs to seriously re-evaluate his warm-up routines and stop flying into these stadiums at the last minute and cutting corners. I also have a feeling that a shorter show is in our future.

But then again he sounded a lot better in Brasilia than in SP.
