I did actually...but I haven't heard back yet.
Keep trying. Sometimes it takes another e-mail before they finally reply.
Thanks for the tip! I'll try that.

So my partner and I both applied and were unsuccessful...was the lottery the first and final chance for tickets? Cheers! Davey

The same here. Must be the last chance for the VIP package. Very very disappointed.... I wish I could go to my hometown show, an Osaka show by the VIP package at least. Koichi

Have tried to follow the English instructions for the Kyodotokyo site, received an email today, it doesn't really make any sense using google translator? But I assume I didn't win tickets. Question is: Does this work so that I can buy the tickets I tried to win?? Have already booked flight from Norway to Tokyo and plan to go to at least two concerts. Can anyone please inform the stupid blonde on how to continue from here??

PM me that email or your e-mail address. I am a native speaker of Japanese. I can help you with that. You still have a chance to get tickets from Crowd Surge or Pia (which will start selling tickets from Feb 28th). I really hope anybody who plan to come to see Japan shows from overseas will have a great time over here. Sincerely, Koichi

Has anyone here won the lottery system to buy tickets and VIP packages so far?

The VIP experience has been a little frustrating....I entered the lottery, twice (once myself and on behalf of my partner - we're going together) and no luck. I was waiting yesterday when left-over tix went on sale at 10am (Japan time) on the dot. There must have been a small handful available as they were all gone by the time the page loaded at 10:01! Ive been in touch with a chap also on this forum, Andrew, who is also flying over from Australia and he had no luck either unfortunately. A couple other friends also applied with no success. My friend in Japan won the first Pia lottery for the show I'm flying over for (Osaka) so I'm hoping they'll be reasonable seats!

Pre-sale for tickets to the Japanese shows will begin tomorrow at 6 PM (local time in Tokyo), which is 9 hours from now. I'll still be asleep, so good luck everyone! http://www.paulmccartney.com/news-blogs/news/out-there-japan-tour-2015

So, who was lucky enough to get tickets?

Hi All I've been trying my hardest to book tickets to the upcoming shows in Tokyo. However I am having no luck in doing so, each time I click on the page I am redirected to a Japanese site that requires a Japanese address to book tickets. Is anyone able to offer any assistance? I would be coming from Australia and taking my dad, it's his dream (and mine) to see Paul! Thanks so much for any help guys Erin

Hi Erin, Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I think you've missed the boat. The presale is now over (it started on Thursday at 7pm) and the general sale started today - that's what the site is now redirecting you towards. As far as I'm aware, it's not possible to purchase tickets in the general sale from outside Japan... Cheers, Andrew.

If you already registered yourself at Kyodo Tokyo to apply for the lottery of VIP package before, maybe you can try the following link. https://ticket.kyodotokyo.com/jigyo.do?jigyoBango=5424&unitCode=4335 Good luck! I sincerely hope that you and your dad would be able to come to our country to see Paul play. Koichi

Another option might be to try to book with Kyodo Tokyo over the phone. You can find the number on this page: https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ja&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fkyodotokyo.com%2Fpm2015&edit-text=

Not this time Paul...NOT this time.

I'm not going, but are there tickets left for those who wish to go?

I missed CS presale and have checked the promoter and Japanese ticket master; Pia several times. Each time stand seats come up. Yes there are plenty but all of them stand with fixed same price as the ones' much closer to the stage. Sometime a few day before the concert date, pretty good tickets reserved by the promoter would be released to Pia. So I will keep on checking but I will give up going to Tokyo show if I have no choice but to see him play from the nose-bleeding seat at dome. I guess I almost gave up now. I am not complaining but I just don' t know how it works. VIP package of all kinds sold in Japan are far less expensive than those sold at other venues in other countries. It is good to be not so expensive but extra hard to get it. I really wish I could have a chance to buy it first-come-first-served basis.....not by the lottery... Sincerely, Koichi

I wonder who's responsible for making the buying process such a complex matter.. the local promoter, perhaps?
