Hopefully, it works even faster for you, paulfan11! Have a feeling that it will!
Haven't noticed a difference yet, but I've only been taking it for 6 days, so need to give it a bit more time.
It took me a little over a month to notice a difference.
Thanks oobu! I figured it would take a bit of time to fully kick in and to notice a difference.

I'm going to try some, that link made it sound really good!

I read that black coffee helps lower high blood sugar (I hope that applies to cold iced coffee, too) and that cinnamon does. I put that spice in my black coffee and sprinkle it on various things. Eating something bitter and sour like dill pickles is said to help lower high blood sugar as well. And dill pickles reportedly help suppress appetite. I read that eating carbs after you eat the meat (yikes! if you still eat meat sometimes) and vegetables and not during helps lower high blood sugar. I'm used to consumption of carbs such as bread during, though, and like it that way. I hope I can train myself to eat carbs afterwards instead of combining.

When it's very hot & humid outdoors, no matter what your age, stay hydrated, drink lots of water, stay inside where it's cool, eat light.

Note to self: Quit eating so much!

This is somewhat of a delicate subject, that's not talked about, or not put in the guest bathroom...however it's a great invention, good for the whole family!! So I'll post the shark tank video. Good for constipation, and general bowel health!
Very natural and some folks say life changing! -

^ HA Hyaluronic Acid Heard that it is great for skin and cartilage, etc. Anyone using it? Does it work well?

I decided to try some turmeric with black pepper in it, as I was reading the black pepper helps with the absorption of the turmeric. I will see if that helps more than the current turmeric I'm taking!

Any luck with that yet? Have heard that black pepper helps with food absorption in general.

What can you take for night time leg cramps? I've been told to eat more bananas & take chew-able magnesium.

I prefer the powdered form ("Natural Calm"). It seems to be easier on my system.

Thanks. I'll have to try that after I finish the bottle of magnesium that I have.

My grandmother always told us to eat bananas for leg cramps, as it is often times a sign of a lack of potassium in our system?

You also can get magnesium from the water you drink. Evian has among the highest levels.

Walk Yorkies many times throughout the day & run & play outdoors with Aussie several times a day. Most weekends, get lots of exercise chasing after 3 year old granddaughters & playing with them. Drink water to rehydrate.

Red Cayenne Pepper pills. Haven't taken those in years but I remember taking as many as five filled capsules after eating made me feel good. So I ought to try those again. You have to build up to taking five or six, they're hot.
