What an amazing show! The stadium was full, there must have been at least 45,000 people there. It was freezing, but the crowd was very enthusiastic and Paul sang along again to the "ole ole ole ole" chanting. As Mr. Carrera has already mentioned, after "In Spite Of All The Danger" ended Paul started the chorus again a few more times so that the fans could sing, as he does in "Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da". After "Yesterday" he called a little girl (with her mother) up onstage and asked "do you want me to sign something for you?" and the girl said "no, I want to play bass with you!". Paul said "did you bring your bass?" and she replied "no, I will use that one" and pointed to a white bass onstage. Paul replied "Well, I didn't see that coming! This should be interesting". So the girl played bass (while Paul also played his Hofner bass) on "Get Back" and shared the vocals with Paul. She was much shorter than him, so he adjusted the microphone for her height and sang while leaning forward. Looking forward to the next one!

Great to hear! Haha, so cheeky, this must be one of the greatest "fans on stage"-moments. So 'Get Back' for the first time this tour and only the third time since the late 2014 leg.
Since when do they do that ending? -

Any word on Soundcheck yet?
Saw this in FB: Honey Don't, Coming Up, Drive my car, I'll follow the Sun, Midnight Special, Lady Madonna
Honey Don't Coming Up Drive my Car Celebration Let Em In I'll Follow The Sun San Francisco Bay Blues Mrs. Vandebilt Ram On Midnight Special Lady Madonna
He also did Blue Suede Shoes. it was really freezing and Paul sounded like shit. He has a severe cold and even though I was at the venue, I could notice his voice was at its worst on this tour so far. Cordoba 2 days ago was so much better! Bring on Thursday for my third and final show in Argentina

Here is 10-year-old Leila playing bass onstage with Paul. I applaud her boldness! https://scontent-gru2-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e35/13248928_988193454609716_602409251_n.jpg This is the most modern stadium in Argentina. They were even able to remove the grass (as if it were a carpet) to avoid damage and for it to catch some sun. It's also not a huge venue, which means everyone has a good view. https://scontent-gru2-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e15/13181382_1617787915210397_761613522_n.jpg https://scontent-gru2-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e15/13116750_129162137492228_1139104346_n.jpg The sponsor (Banco Patagonia) also put a couple of exhibitions in front of the stadium: a collection of musical instruments and a double-deck red bus. https://scontent-gru2-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e15/13257087_1543122725982669_23933312_n.jpg https://scontent-gru2-1.cdninstagram.com/t51.2885-15/e15/13150868_1547957748843797_351714637_n.jpg

Yay!
He also looked like he has the flu or something.

Beatles "Examiner" at it again... "Here's the confirmed set list for the first Buenos Aires show as provided by Paul McCartney's press office: It was the same as the previous show." No, it wasn't, one glance at The Internet would show you otherwise. Journalism these days...

I am sorry to hear that.

Thank you Carlos and javilu for your reports on these shows! I am sure if it is that cold outside, that it is NOT helping his voice! I am confused about the regular setlist, tho (not soundcheck) - was anything different from the first night?

You're welcome. He sang Get Back with the little girl, which was not done in C?rdoba. Let's see whether there will be anything different tomorrow night. Paul is on the front cover of 5 newspapers in Buenos Aires and La Plata. According to them, there were more than 50,000 people at the stadium last night.

Here is a picture of the setlist originally intended for the first show in La Plata. It does not include "Get Back", which was added by Paul when Leila asked to play bass with him. Maybe that Beatles Examiner website looked at this piece of paper and forgot to include the extra song. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CitQyWyXEAA0dld.jpg
