How does someone get dead-center front row seats?

^^ I guess I should just be quiet on this subject. Never mind. This is why my phone doesn't work anymore. That was meant for one person reading this post. But I am glad it is done. Peace & Love.??
I guess that means we don't get to hear the condom story!

Slotix also has it's favorite fans. I can't call a main person directly for a ticket, get in to the venue with no ticket and get the ticket during the reception for sound check. Saw it happen with my own eyes. Was told work computer wouldn't let them buy tickets, so a phone call was made. Closer seat that I got.
WHAT? You sound like Yoda. Can you repeat that please? Couldn't exactly follow your train of thought.

Will PM you with story. Suffice it to say two fans entered the venue without a ticket. I saw Ani give them their tickets.

I'm sure they paid for the tickets.
-
They paid for tickets, but I don't you or I could enter the venue without having our tickets scanned. That is my point. Favorites are played with the VIP tickets and that is not right.

Favorites were played with/for the people, but you think the (close-up) tickets were pulled especially for them. Not fair if true. It's not like they're Paul's nephews or something!

And I have no problems with tickets for Paul's family behind held for them. None whatsoever.

I know it sounds funny, but if you had been disrespected like I was because I wouldn't be a groupie then you wouldn't be laughing. Remember "smile for the camera?" Go back a few years and think about what you have seen. I have been tested for HIV, Hepatitis B & C and no magical mystery tour is going to get me to give that up. I am clean. I might have had my self esteem destroyed and precious time of my life gone forever. I have still have my health and my self respect / dignity. I was wrongly targeted as a potential groupie and it was not true. There are people trolling for girls all the time. There is a price for being up front at the concerts without paying in cash. I am a Lady not a whore. And I paid the price for my decision. The condom story is why the love of my life and I will never be together. Along with a couple other "participants." Broke my heart. I don't need that treatment. But I am happy now cause I love Myself.â¤ï¸â?ð?âï¸ So thank you Famous Groupies of the Moment.â¤ï¸ð???

Okay, I understand. You wouldn't compromise your values for a front row seat (I sure wouldn't today! Now the 1960's or 1970's would have been a different story for me for The Beatles/Paul!) Sorry for laughing. I know you don't think any of this is funny.

Are seats in center row B held back? I've seen seats in Row C and beyond for sale but haven't seen any for the second and first row center.

Probably. I have never heard of any of us boardies getting 2nd row center. I got 3rd row center in Atlanta in 2014.

I agree. Do you remember seeing 2nd row being for sale in any of the floor sections?

No, I don't. Last time I saw (& bought!) 2nd row on TM was back in 2002 or 2003, but it wasn't center, either. I have seen people upgraded to 2nd row center at shows.
-
Seen people upgraded to 1st and 2nd row center. $2K package is on the side, way on the side.
-
Grrrrr......and I suppose the people who were upgraded free had a certain look! The Front Row package doesn't sound all that good if the seats are way off to the side. I am hoping my 5th row center seats come through with Stub Hub and Ticket City. With Stub Hub's fees added,I may as well have ordered the Hot Sound Package.

A front row seat is good only if it is close to the center section and you have to be very careful when buying that you know which direction the numbers go. (usually 1-16 or whatever is left to right as you face the audience) So if the sections were like this: A B C THE STAGE WOULD BE HERE You would want row A, section A, seat 16 or higher. OR row A, section C, seat 1. ETA: This does not show up the way I wanted it to (and originally typed it as) with big space between the A, B and C!

Hi Maccascruff: Before I start complaining I was wondering if you know, where are those calico skies? Scotland? I agree with you all that front row side sections are not worth the cost. Sad to say but true. Only people Paul sang to in Sioux Falls were directly front & center and one group in the bleachers off to his extreme left almost behind the stage (interesting those tickets were on sale at the box office, the clerk tried to sell me one the day before the concert. He said "this is the place to be") but I already had front row seat 9 which turned out to be too far outside & of all things these people in the front row next to me blocking every 0nes view with 2 big signs. AND OF COURSE they don't block their view, they hold the signs over their heads so THEY CAN SEE JUST FINE. Damned if you don't damned if you do. If the signs don't block you, your seat will not be what you expect (for the money). I'm not ganna stop going but I think someone should look into the situation. Please nix the signs at least.

Ah yes the free upgrade, you have to be 18 with double D's

My very bad front row experience happened in Lincoln NE. I was told by the venue that my seat in the front row was near the center. It was not. I was about 10 seats past the stage on Rusty's side. Standing up, I could not see Paul or any band member except when Rusty came over to greet those on the side. However, he didn't look down. I watched the concert through the stupid camera on the camera arm while I held back tears and wanted to scream. The middle seats in the front row were empty until the blonde bimbos showed up just before the concert film started. To make things worse, security didn't see the problem in numerous people walking up to me and asking me to step out so they could take photos or videos. Thankfully, Brian Riddle came by and I told him what was happening. He talked to security, came back and told me there would be no more people doing that and there wasn't. Best part of the night was when Brian Riddle went after a fan who was trying to get through the barriers and go back stage. I can still hear him telling her go back to your seat or get arrested. Which do you want? She finally went back to her seat. Never, ever again. No, I didn't have signs blocking me, but I had no view of Paul or the band. I did not pay $2000 for that.
