That's usually the case for most voters with elections--you try to pick the lesser of two evils.

It seems for now the GOP does not want Palin to speak without a script: Palin's Absence Becomes Focus Of Sunday Talk http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/09/07/palins-absence-becomes-fo_n_124608.html She?s been incredibly busy but I?m sure she?ll get up to speed and be ready for ?Meet The Press? soon. In the meantime, here are two Charlie Rose interviews with Palin, a very short one recently and an hour-long one shared with Governor Janet Napolitano from October 2007: Green Room chat, September 6, 2008 http://www.charlierose.com/shows/2008/9/6/1/charlie-rose-green-room-with-sarah-palin A conversation with Governors Janet Napolitano & Sarah Palin, October 12, 2007 http://www.charlierose.com/shows/2007/10/12/2/a-conversation-with-governors-janet-napolitano-sarah-palin And here?s a very useful site: http://www.factcheck.org/ ?We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit, "consumer advocate" for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. We monitor the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews, and news releases. Our goal is to apply the best practices of both journalism and scholarship, and to increase public knowledge and understanding.?

The US govt. has taken over Freddie and Fannie and now the auto industry is seeking 50 billion in federal bailout The US economy is collapsing. The republican economic policies are to blame. It is really ironic that the failure of the republican economic policies are pushing the US closer to socialism. The same is happening in health care. The republicans policies of total deregulation and privitization do not work that has now been proven.
-
McCain/Palin That's the ticket!

Chrysler sought a "bailout " years and years ago. I remember when NYC asked for federal help....the NY Daily News headline was "Ford to NYC: Drop Dead". My point is, Chrysler is still here as is NYC with and without "bailouts". The US economy isn't "collapsing". While it may be quite simple to blame Bush for everything, policies under both republicans and democrats are responsible. I understand what you mean about healthcare, except if I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath for the federal government to solve it, even if your buddy is elected.

Neither candidate is showing a strong lead right now...it's up for grabs that's the reality imo.
Neither side got a big bounce from their pep assembly --(the DNC, RNC convention) ..... as time narrows down closer to the election -- time to spend money and burn more fuel in attempt to get into that office -- neither one has got me convinced at this time that they should be the next President of the U.S. *they probably won't be able to convince me - I will probably vote against who I do not want in there --- more than I will vote for who I really want in there.
Back in the day before the 24/7 media circus, a bounce would occur. Now that's no longer a marker. Hey, you could always write in Nader if he's not on your state's ballot. that's what I most enjoy: 50 presidential elections all going on at the same time.

Oh, Freddie and Fannie will still be around but they are nationalized now. and according to the agreement the fed is overseeing most of the major US banks. If that isn't going toward socialism I don't know what is. I don't think it would have happened under the dems because they would have had the proper regulations in place. Of course, this is Greenspans bubble. I think the chances for getting health care fixed are much much better under my guy than under McSame/Bush-in-lipstick.

That's a good article Mike. Obama wants his full name used when it's to his advantage. I hope the ballots read: John Sidney Hussein Barrack Hussein Obama Maybe it will remind people of some of the things he said through this campaign and his close friendship with Domestic terrorists, including Bill Ayers and his pig Bernardine Dohrm, who in 2001 spoke of bombing NYC Police Headquarters and the Pentagon. He said he wish he done more damage. They declared war on the US Government in the 70's and were building a communist organization based on Marxist-Leninism. They are close friends with B. Hussein Obama They've been involved in well over a dozen bombings. It would be nice if they did an investigative piece involving the Weather Underground and that those two unrepentant terrorists are now employed as "professors" the University of Illinois, Chicago. The Daily News won't go that far. The Daily News is a very liberal paper. I noted on my previous post that an article, not an editorial, in the Daily News referred to Sarah Palin's pregnant 17 year old daughter as "knocked up".
Oh! than we need to make sure we use Sara's full title. Sara VP and mother of a sl*t : yes let bend the truth our way.
You libs have never been so scared in your life as you are of Sarah Palin. All over the web they're attacking her children her parents, and herself. She is exposing the liberals and especially their Marxist candidate B. Hussein Obama as an unqualified fraud. Keep attacking her kids. I'm sure the mongloid idiot jokes are making the rounds on your hate groups websites where you rely on so heavily to be told how to think. You liberals are shitting blood, sperm, and wd40, at the thought of McCain dropping dead in two years and Sarah Palin being president for the next ten. By then her "sl*t daughter" will probably be in politics with her eye on the White House too. hahahaha.
Just goes to show you how desperate you are for a candidate to run. The Rep have no superstars because when your party is evil people catch on and I not only think Obama will win. I think he will win by a landslide. The Rep couldn't even have Bush or Cheney show there mugs. If you want to distort Obama name into being a terrorist than we can distort a anti abortion neo con and bring up her knocked up kid. Palin is a great speaker. However so was Edwards so was Clinton ...Bush on the other hand couldn't speak the kings language for s**t. Why didn't you guys get An Colture. : I not a Hillary supporter and we wouldn't run that bag against Palin. We're going to get "Angelina Jolie" oh yea!!. Than who's your mama... Your canidate might have a handycapper and a sl*t kid but we got a loose mom with every nationality covered. Trump that.
So based on your morale values you are calling Barrack Hussein Obama's mama a sl*t. Remember she was unwed when Obama's Muslim father knocked her up. Then they faked a marriage which was an illegal marriage because his Muslim daddy had himself a wife in the old country. Obama's muslim father may take many wives under his religi0us cult in another country, but under U.S. law he's only allowed one wife. Therefore, Obama's mammy was never married to his pappy. Their marriage was a criminal offense, bigamy is against the law. He comes down the chute of a sl*t and the first thing he sees are two criminals if his daddy was there for delivery. Another thing, you should stop calling Obama's mother a sl*t. It's so Democratic of you to do that. I didn't distort Obama's name. It is what it is. If you're ashamed of his name because his pappy was a muslim that';s your problem. I actually love that name. It's so Democratic. Speaking of Democratic. Check out the next post and you'll know why your party attracts the dregs of humanity, and sluts.
Obama's mammy
Oh no you didn't

Oh I like that..McSame/Bush in lipstick..yea the only thing between her and Bush is lipstick. Yes it funny how when theres money to be made, like heath care, the Rep are not for nationalizing it but when their going to lose their investments, its OK to nationalize the banks. Terrorist who needs to worry about terrorism. We got Bush taking the US out all by himself. You couldn't attack the US and do as much damage as Bush and Cheney have done single handily. So now lets put a "Bush" foot soldier into office. Do you think she clicks her heals?

Oh, Freddie and Fannie will still be around but they are nationalized now. and according to the agreement the fed is overseeing most of the major US banks. The Fed has always been involved with banks.....so has the FDIC and the OCC. Since inception. If that isn't going toward socialism I don't know what is. No it isn't and apparently you don't. I don't think it would have happened under the dems because they would have had the proper regulations in place. Of course, this is Greenspans bubble. Regulations are in place....people are people, if they chose to rig the deck, they'll find a way to do so. Well, that depends on how you define health care as "fixed". If you mean having people covered, a state has already done that. Now it's up to the other 49.

It's just a matter of time before Palin cries the female tears for the sympathy vote. Boo hoo, boo hoo hoo. Mac and Cheesey...Republican nominees.
I doubt you'll see any tears from her, just as I doubt you'll see any tears from anyone here for your pathetic attempt to personally discredit and insult ~ Kraft~y attempts?
Don't worry, you'll see tears before election day and then it will prove how politically naive you really are.
Those tears will be mine if Obama is way up in the polls in six weeks.
I hope you have your hankerchiefs ready.

Sunday, September 7, 2008 Obama's verbal slip fuels his critics Christina Bellantoni ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Sen. Barack Obama's foes seized Sunday upon a brief slip of the tongue, when the Democratic presidential nominee was outlining his Christianity but accidentally said, "my Muslim faith." The three words -- immediately corrected -- were during an exchange with ABC's George Stephanopoulos on "This Week," when he was trying to criticize the quiet smear campaign suggesting he is a Muslim. But illustrating the difficulty of preventing false rumors about his faith from spreading, anti-Obama groups within one hour of the interview had sliced it out of context and were sending it around via email. They also were blogging about it. Mr. Obama, who is a Christian and often proudly speaks about how his faith has influenced his public service, said he finds it "deeply offensive" that there are efforts "coming out of the Republican camp to suggest that perhaps I'm not who I say I am when it comes to my faith." link to entire article: http://washingtontimes.com/news/2008/sep/07/obama-verbal-slip-fuels-his-critics/

Not for children please.. PeaceI watched it. Now I have several questions for you and any other U.S. citizen peace activists: How many people in the continental United States do you consider an acceptable number or reasonable number to be killed by foreign terrorists and/or illegial aliens living in the U.S.? Please give a number people (they should include members of your own family, relatives, and close friends) ... How many landmarks of peace are acceptable in your to loose within the continental United States (those landmarks should include your own home and/or business) to acts perpetrated by terrorists?

None of that is acceptable to me and I think any direct attack on our country should be dealt with. First I think an attack should be prevented. Bush and his cronies were warned about bin laden flying planes into the world trade center. If you don't know that by now , please do your own research. If an attack can not be prevented I think it is appropriate to go after the murderers...remember Bin Laden??? The Iraq War is being fought for oil. If you don't know by now...please do your own research. I'm really pissed at the ignorance of your side and what it has done to our country. You all have let yourself be manipulated by power and money hungry war-mongers.

The voters in the 2004 election considered & responded to those "facts" accordingly.
