[quote= 2_Young]Also, if an 18 year old girl were to run up to you, hug you, squeez you, and tell you that she loves you (yeah, really loves you-not like a musician, but like a man) would you be freaked out or flattered? (just thought I'd get your opinion on that before I end up giving you a heart attack). Hey, Paul, while you're at it... What would you say if a 14 year old girl ran up to you, glomped you, helped you back up, and dragged you to her school to meet Mr. Carey and Mr. Kinsman? (Glomp: v. a run-tackle hug. All the rage now-a-days) I was glomped the other day. It's a scary experience. I thought I was goin doooown. But, I didn't. I have a better sense of balance than I thought I did... Off to read 2_Young's story...

Hi, Paul, I decided to enlarge your collection of thanks, even though you might never read it. 1. Thanks for your music, because I have something nice to play (and sing when nobody hears me ) 2. Thanks for your smile you're giving away during it, because I need it. 3. Thanks for your story, because I had something to dream about. 4. Thanks for this marvellous board (this should belong more to the moderators, unless you're one of them ), because I have someone to talk to when there's nobody around. 5. Thanks for all of this, because it showed me the way out of deep crisis. And despite the journey is not fully finished yet, I fell really happy being part of the world again... Thank you, Sir Paul!

Ack! It scares me to watch this thread slip down the list... What would I do without the chance to posty here? Nothing. I'd be so bored! Anyways, Paul... I just got the White Album. I've decided it is very epic. An epic win. Huzzah! Next, I want to get Please Please Me. Mainly because I have to prove to my brother that Ringo isn't monotone. And then A Hard Day's Night. But, in 22 minutes, 100.7 is playing the 100 Best Beatles songs. As a countdown for Beatles Rock Band. And yesterday, I watched a few hours of Beatles-related TV specials. The most TV I've watched in years. And now, I have to watch A Hard Day's Night tonight and Help! tomorrow. Then, Wednesday... -drumroll- (Thank you, Ringo) The Beatles Rock Band! (I have a feeling I'm the only one extremely excited. The thing is, Pauly, is that I'm not excited. I'm so excited "excited" is an understatement.) (An understatement of the century). Anyways, just wanted to say hello. Tell Ringo "Peace and Love and Hugs" for me. Hello, goodbye!

Ah, xxlovemccartneyxx, so you're a fellow Californian. Hi five! Yes, I totally agree with you, Paul should come to the west coast on his next tour. Pauly, did you miss me (hey, i haven't posted anything on here for the past 3 or 4 days)? Oh, and how did you like my story? Wait, what was that? You didn't get a chance to read it! Shame on you Paul, you let me down ! Well, I'm sure that you wouldn't like it anyways-Crossover genius didn't (or atleast I assume she didn't like it, cause she hasn't given me any feedback, not even constructive criticism.) Oh, btw, I finally finished working on the official site for my story. here it is: http://liverpool4.webs.com/ Enjoy! Oh, and if you can, please join, cause it's all about you (and the other 3 Beatles of course). Everyone else is welcome to join as well. I'm still working on the second chapter, but I promise I'll post it by the end of this week (probably on Sunday).

i read your story so far,and i know i've gotten down on you before (sorry), but i think you have writing talent and definitely show potential & promise. (oops this sentence wasnt for paul) pal i mean paul (but you are considered a pal teehee), we're loving seeing you out and about for the special beatles offerings coming up, eek it's tomorrow!!! saw you last nite on 'et' telly show. you said 'i'm a beatles fan'-- you could have added, 'hey i've done a whole lot of really great stuff myself, since the beatles, check it out especially, just recently, 'electric arguments' and just a few years back, 'chaos and creation.' and certainly as far back as 'ram.' ' toot your own horn some, hun. well i know that wasnt the time and place,i guess ,since right now it's all about the remastered albums on cd and 'rock band.' but i imagined you saying that, and got a kick out of it

Oh, no, 2_young! I loved your story! Assumptions are bad! Terribly bad! That's how my infamous Rubber Soul story began (as did my AHDN Blunder and my Ringo Typo). All of which are bad! You're story was amazing! Constructive critism... 1) Simple format tip: (I find it hard to explain, so I'll give an example) Correct Josie laughed, "oh, it wasn't your birthday, silly!" Sarah glared, "I was talking about my birthday. In January." Incorrect Josie laughed, "oh, it wasn't your birthday, silly!" Sarah glared, "I was talking about my birthday. In January." --- It is all simply to help keep track of who's talking and what they're doing while they're talking. In other terms, you seem to have a great plot. There are no plot holes (I tend to have a lot). I can see great characterization and you've captured their individuality and personalities wonderfully. And, while it was very serious, you were still capable of making me laugh. All in all, an admirable story. A wonderful read and I await continuation of plot anxiously. --- You don't want me in editor mode, as I was such above. Critically, its a great story. Personally, its a great story. Honestly, I'd suggest getting it published, but as it is just filled to the brim with copyrighted figures, that probably won't go over well... Anywho, I'd like to take this time to shamelessly advertise two sites on which I dwell... www.fanfiction.net www.fictionpress.com FanFiction is for, well, fanfictions. Fiction press is for anything that isn't fanfiction. I think that your story could fit both, since there isn't a Beatles category on FF. (Which I'm working on...really, they should have one for the Beatles) Anyways, Pauly, don't you like seeing Crossover being helpful. (3rd person? That just happened.)

Dearest Paul - and everyone who loves and respects him! I invite everybody to the site dedicated to the great man, fifth beatle, who contribute to the group a lot, including his own life. I speak about Brian Epstein. "So if you love the Beatles - and are grateful that they ever touched your life - please give 30 seconds of your time and touch this sentence. " And my special invitation to Paul himself. http://www.brianepstein.com/

Hey, there Paul. Just wanted to ask a simple question. After I've been so nice to you, why are you so cruel in return to me? Not that I don't absolutely love my Hofner replica (on display in my bedroom), but I wanted a Rickenbacker and a Gretsch Duo Jet guitars. I'm not complaining, but isn't $100 dollars per standalone instrument a bit much? When I found that they weren't included, I was going to buy them myself. I don't think I have $200... I'm short $3 for half of the standalone. Just one. I'm officially depressed... And, I'm having a birthday party (as it was given to me as a birthday gift) that I pushed back so I'd have Rock Band to play with my friends, but there'll be 5 of us and only 3 of us can play... -sigh- I hate it when life gives me lemons. My voice is totally botched due to lemonade (tried to cure hiccups with it. It didn't work out so well). Again, the Hofner replica is beautiful and the drums are so unique and the game is amazing, better than I could have ever dreamed (well, without actually standing on-stage with you four and playing an actual guitar, but that isn't a video game) but the fact the advertisements weren't clear that you didn't get George's and John's guitars is a let-down. But the commerical was AMAZING for anyone who saw it. Why didn't they make the entire game like that?? (joking, joking) -sigh- well... Pauly, just letting you know that I've had a bittersweet 9-9-09. And I'd like to take the time to dub today International Beatles Day. I'll always celebrate today by listening to constant Beatles music and Rock Band. Forever and eternally. Like, seriously. Anyways, huggles to you Pauly, and listen to Martha My Dear for me, will you? It's a good song.

Yeah... I need more money too. To buy a good guitar, all Paul's CDs, all books... More time to enjoy it... I'm afraid winning a lottery won't help though... By the way I've just fell in love with Martha My Dear... Is it the influence of this magical date?

Paul I saw the Moody Blues Saturday, I soooo would love it if you and Justin got together and did a duet. You two would be AWESOME together
-
Paul, I picked up the "premium" LTD edition of The Beatles RockBand yesterday. Please come play with me, we could make beautiful music together!

Dear Paul, I remember awhile back that you did something about fast food restaurants and that you were totally against KFC and others. I have to agree with you on that. I've officially stopped eating meat since April as I might become a Krishna devotee in the Hare Krishna Movement. Now I see why you stopped eating meat and I saw a video of what they do to those poor animals. My co workers at work don't understand how I go without eating it and well, one of them asked me today if I miss eating meat and I said no I don't! My mother still tries to have me eat chicken and stuff and I just don't want to. My dad's side of the family knows i'm a vegetarian now and don't force me to eat meat like my mother does. I know I am on my own and stuff but it's just on the holidays is hard when my mom's family does eat meat. I wish there was some way on how I can explain to them about it. Paul if I ever get the chance to meet you in person this is definately one question I will ask is how to tell my mom that I am no longer eating meat without upsetting her with it. I know you have a lot of advice about being a Vegetarian and explaining to people about why I chose to be one. I truly would love to hear your advice on this! Thank you though for everything, and your music and for inspiring me too to be a vegetarian! We need to save the animals!!!!!!! Hare Krishna! Becky
