Are you eating less meat since meat free monday?

Yes, have tried to cut way down for years, and this campaign intensifies efforts. You done good, Macca man You're an inspiration! I still have to cook meat and chicken dishes for certain people though and it grosses me out, to see the blood and have to deal with that. It's horrible and messy. And makes you remember the suffering of the animals I bought fish oil gel tabs to take the place of most fish, but keep forgetting to take the fish oil pills. I need to get in the habit. Must confess I like to make salmon patties sometimes and eat tuna fish sometimes. When living right at the ocean, I noticed proximity did encourage a desire to consume more seafood items, but then you'd go to the shore and notice a strong smell of fish sometimes and get dissuaded by the smell-- although it's natural and I shouldn't have been put off, by the sea smelling "fishy." It's charming, actually.

Hello. Just wondering if Paul's campaign to eat less meat has made any difference to any people here. I went vegetarian 6 years ago mainly thanks to Paul, as well as my own personal reasons. It makes sense to eat less meat even if you don't want to give it up completely don't you think? Love Gem.xXx
ME TOO. But we need to spread the message to the world. I suggest big adverts at train stations, shopping centres and even in the meat sections in the supermarkets. ~PAUL READ THIS!!!!!~
