ok, predictor for today Spain vs Switzerland 1-0 (hey, I don't like the 2 defensive midfielders playing in Spain...) Honduras vs Chile 0-0 South Africa vs Uruguay 1-1 BTW, North Korea played yesterday so defensively than Brazil just knew they were gonna score sooner or later simply by attacking more and more. Probably the most defensive thing I've ever seen in the World Cup. But I dig the Korean goal with that player controlling the ball instead of shooting and walking inside the area in a Messi way.

Surprisingly it was the other way around.

Not much of a surprise for me... I thought it was too sad to post 0-0... I hope Spain gaves up playing with 2 defensive midfielders. Why is that some coaches find a way a team wins... and then anyway they change the way...

This is just incredible: Switzerland's biggest super market chain is celebrating today's victory with a 10% discount on everything tomorrow.

Standards of the Macca Board Fantasy Football World Cup (I think I'll call this from now on "our world cup" ) 1 daniel 70 2 me 66 3 unclesox 57 we're started strong as we are all in in top third of.... 800000 teams, nearly a milion players, quite crazy. Well, Luis Aragones(Spain's coach in the Euro Cup) agreed with me, he thinks it's a mistake to line 2 defensive midfielders. Yet another cause for the defeat is the lack of... attack really, they seemed too conservative with the ball, Spanish classic lack of confidence... (another possible cause is that Casillas girlfriend is the main Spanish TV channel commentator in the field, and that can disturbs him) This is the surreal moment when Casillas' girlfriend interviews him after the match
In a more serious discussion, or maybe not , Del Bosque defends his way of playing against Aragones. And I don't like that at allllllllll.... The think I know will change is the attitude, this time they're gonna be much much more risky... I was very pessimistic the first round but now I think Spain will win the World Cup... only if they get rid of the 2 defensive midfielders... -

I don't understand the "excitement"! A grown man kicks a ball into a net, and everyone jumps up and down with joy! Hilarious! Anyways, Mexico beat France 2 to 0, yesterday! You could hear the screams for blocks! I thought someone had died!
It doesn't matter, because Brazil is going to win! "Brasil! Brasil!" -
Germany - Serbia: 0 - 1

Wazzup with stealing a goal away from the USA like the referee did yesterday???? It's rigged, I tell ya

Here's something for ya - everytime the team you root for scores a goal, click on this link, then click the yellow button http://gr.vc/vuvuzela/

quite an unpredictable round for me

Before the tournament kicked off I placed these bets: $20 @ 16/5 Uruguay to win Group A $20 @ 11/2 Slovakia to win Group F $20 @ 7/4 Slovenia to advance out of Group C $20 @ 13/2 Argentina to win the tournament $20 @ 9/1 Holland to win the tournament Not bad, eh? Took some risks and they may pay off.

I say we win against Chile 2:0.

how is paid the bet for Uruguay 0- Mexico 0? Group A, most controversial group ever... all kinds of things are happening on France. Anelka expulsed by France's Federation because of insulting the coach. The players on strike, not training and against the coach and the Federation. Zidane saying "Domenech is not a coach". Papers accusing Zidane of "instigating a rebellion in the team"... Ribery saying "everybody's joking about us", the French Government involved... and if Uruguay and Mexico draw, France (and South Africa) will be out. So there's a high chance of a "deliberate draw" in the Uruguay-Mexico match, an upseting for France and of course for South Africa, I don't think people there will react well to a deliberate draw that leaves South Africa out... So anything can happen, France not playing... the other match not really playing... in the end Italy doing as usual... draw, draw, and goal in the last minute of the third match, I guess, only them can do that... Brazil winning easy at first, as usual, like Argentina and Netherlands... Spain's struggling, as usual... and I don't know what happens to England and Germany btw Twice hand of the goal of Luis Fabiano yesterday, taking referee's mistakes in this world cup to new heights... (yes, as usual...) PREDICTOR for today Spain 6-Honduras 0 Portugal 3-North Korea 0 Chile 0-Switzerland 0

Uruguay and Mexico 0-0 could happen. Or even 1-1 to make it look more legitimate. But remember that the team that finishes second in group A will play Argentina in the second round. At the moment that would be Mexico, but if they beat Uruguay they would avoid Argentina and play a weaker team (Korea Republic, Greece or Nigeria). So Mexico has motivation to win against Uruguay. Uruguay would love to play a 0-0. Mexico would prefer to win.

This is old news, but I just found out, so it's NEWS to me! Javier "El Chicharito" Hernandez is going to be playing for a British team called "Manchester United". Apparently, it's a big thing. The whole transaction cost £10 million British pounds!
Yay!
