Unglaublich! Shame on you, FIFA!

I feel they're gonna complain... Well, sometimes referees want to "balance mistakes" but it's not usual that they do that 44 afterwards! And this goal got in for a meter... or for a yard... I should have added something about "goals not given...". Nothing's gonna surprise me anymore about the referees. Mick Jagger was there. Yesterday he was next to Bill Clinton in the USA match, and Kobe Bryant was there too. No, Paul is in London to play in Hyde Park. The feeling there is not gonna be the best for the concert.

The news is that Xabi Alonso is still injured so couldn't play against Portugal. That means Fabregas will play and they'll play as I like.... Ramos will mark Cristiano Ronaldo, I don't like that so much... Cminor----- Gminor------Cminor "I've paid my dues... time after time..."

well, or maybe the contrast of feelings would make it even greater...

Clearly, it was a goal. But to blame FIFA and the referees for England's ouster merely papers over the fact that England are crap and should not take away from Germany's performance. England have been a crock throughout the tournament. Players who earn over 100,00 pounds a week can't beat the likes of USA and Algeria; John Terry tries to start a mutiny against Capello and is put in his place; Rooney ends his tournament without a solitary goal... they've done nothing to suggest that they are amongst the eight best teams in South Africa and are shamefully and deservedly on their way home. As for the disallowed goal, the linesman was in perfect position at the moment Lampard struck the ball and shot at goal (level with the last defender to look for a possible offside). Once Lampard struck from distance, the linesman, as he should do, ran towards the goallline in the event he was needed to see if the ball had crossed the line. The shot was simply struck with such force that there was no way ANY linesman could have been in position in time to see whether or not the ball had crossed the line. For this reason, goalline technology is perhaps needed. But that would be the only reason I wouldn't mind seeing replays used, in the similar manner they are used in rugby. By the way, karma saw two birds killed with one stone. "Remember the score"

Of course I haven't liked England and of course it was goal. But I don't agree about the "force" of the shoot, It was a lob shot, I think everyone there saw it was a goal... and it was in by... well... I think I've never seen such a non-given goal... a yard past the line... Same story with Argentina. I guess they would have won anyway... (like Germany) but well... offside for more than a yard... , and Tevez kicked the goalkeeper too... well... FIFA has decided to retire screens on the stadiums... and the funniest thing of it all is that we know that these referees doing big mistakes would be the ones that FIFA will choose for the final and semifinals... (and it makes me wonder, it really makes me wonder... :lol. They're free to do whatever they will, it's their tournament, but I wouldn't be surprised if some team would refuse to keep playing if they face one of these (this never happened before)... mistakes.
-
(To be exact, FIFA has banned the replays on the screens on the stadiums) Johan Cruyff: "The double defensive midfielder kills Spain" That's the headline of what he has written today in a Spanish newspaper. One more agreeing... "Spain suffers with the double defensive midfield, that's good for defensive teams and never for creative and attacking teams like Spain. I understand Del Bosque feels like Busquets and Alonso should both play but the couple together hurts the team. It breaks the balance between the lines, and set the players far from the ball. And it makes harder to press too. I believe one of them should not play. Is it choosing between them a problem?. Yes, of course, but it's worse to have a non-balanced team." etc Now they say Alonso could play... . Spain is not Zidane's France with Vieira and Makelele...

**WARNING**...........THIS POST CONTAINS A RANT!!! ENGLAND FOOTBALL TEAM.....what a joke!..... : A hopeless and completely overrated shower. They have their WAGS (talentless slappers who would have been heavily involved another professions if they hadn't grabbed a soccer 'star'), their fancy lifestyles, they have their bulging bank accounts, their property portfolios and they live in their Tudor-stylee modern monstrosaties in a world as far removed from the rest oif us as it's possible to be. Not one of them has the intellect to pick their nose, they simply haven't got a clue. Every one of them is so far up their own backside you'd need The Hubble to find 'em, and played for himself. Ther was no team spirit, no guts, no passion, no pride......no way they were gonna stay past this match. The Germans aren't great (young and developing) but they are infinitely better than our lot. They say that the Premier League is the best in the world, well it's clearly not. The foreign footballers who play here obviously raise the league above it's core mediocrity. Sadly it's like I've said all along......this fading little nation is totally obsessed with the banal, the tatty and youf. It goes overboard about Katie Price, David Beckham and X-Factor, all of whom have 'careers' based on hype and minescule if any talent......if you delve deep enough you discover they and our 'fantastic world class (ha!) football stars' have no substance and no real business being where they are. We neglect or ridicule our real heroes (Macca being the perfect example) and instead fill vacant minds, countless websites and magazines/newspapers with acres of column inches about z-listers trampy behaviour. These pampered players today may be better athletes and faster than the footballers of the past but they are nowhere near as gifted......these preening fools have no real skills, no composure, no idea what to do if Plan A isn't working and have let a nation down with their arrogance, with the result they have produced shamefully below par performances. Sack the manager?....of course! (He may be an all time great, but his management, selections and tactics were all wrong), but send half of the squad away too. The golden generation they called them......tarnished now somewhat, no. But don't cry for them they'll still have their Ferraris and Blondes, their platinum credit cards and their swimming pools and gyms at home in the mock carbuncles, they'll be OK, pull up the drawbridge types one and all......makes me spit!! I just hope that when the new season opens up the muppets on the terraces give these oafs the reception they deserve......BOOOOOOOO!

Sorry this isn't an entirely football post It's bloody depressing and totally agree about all the hype our footballers get, all the fame and success and the only one playing on that pitch with any spirit or fire was our goalie, David James. Our defence was inept to downright embarrasing. We have gone so far down the route of idolising people in this country who have not one iota of talent. Crazy!! We currently have a number one by Katy Perry that is the bigget pile of p** going and yet folks are asked to listen to an Electric Arguments track on Chris Evans (Radio 2 Beeb) and it is dismissed outright. And if I here somebody say all Macca has ever done is the Frog Chorus, I will SCREAM! Sorry you can have your thread back now.. :

That's what I call the Lennon attittude. (hey we can talk about anything, cause football always kind of shows how things are...) What can I say bout "more than football"... I don't know if you'll feel better or worse if I say it's the same think going on Spain. (And then still some people wonder why a "crisis" happens.... see what most of the people like/want). And one of the worst things about the likeness for lack of talent (You sure know a "normal" way to say in English, not so "snob" but I don't :lol... is that people who has talent or at least some talent wonder what the heck they have to do with it. I mean, if that's what people like... should I do like them? or should I do nothing?... I can imagine Paul going crazy bout what kind of music do of how to sing. Yes, even Paul can doubt... and think he must scream instead of singing... cause there's no-one singing in the charts (or so...). I always said many years ago that an economical big crisis would come but I didn't know when ("it's not gonna be tomorrow but we won't have to wait 20 years..."). One day, some said here that they went to a record store and there was a divider for Jesse McCartney but none for Paul McCartney... that's when I thought "It's here"
