How do I get a presale code for the show in Lexington, KY. I never received one. Been a member here for years and years and years! What do I need to do?

You need to log into your Ticketmaster account first!

This was the email they sent everyone who was registered at pm.com:

Scalpers and ticketmaster make sure fans don't get seats... once again...

Yeah, the presale for Lexington was Amex only; which is ridiculous. Usually the PM.com presales don't have to have a specific credit card. I'm thoroughly disappointed that I have to wait to TRY and get whatever tickets are left on Friday. Damn.
Well THAT is stupid.
No, the whole "waiting in line" thing is stupid. The last time I saw Paul at the Great American Ball Park in 2011, they did the same thing... It didn't work then, and guess what? It didn't work today. I couldn't get 4 tickets, then I tried two seperate two tickets and couldn't get them. This could have been done so much better. Garth Brooks had it right. Everyone went through Will Call. You had to have your photo ID and credit / debit car of the people that bought the tickets or no one went in. That is the ONLY WAY TO FIGHT SCALPERS!! ugh. So pi**ed.

Did anyone have luck, specifically with the Hot Sound packages for the general sale today? I just needed one ticket and they were sold out. I find that kind of crazy given their price and in the past I know there have been some available after the initial sale. Will more become available perhaps? I thought you can't scalp those tickets as your ID has to match? Did that change? Some of the scalp sites seem to have tickets for sale in those areas and rows but without seat numbers listed. I've gone to soundchecks the last 3 times I've seen Paul and it's become habit now. My family got seats elsewhere as they don't want to spend that much money, so now I'm the only one without a ticket and I'm panicking.

What is this w ticketmaster? looking just now for seats and there aer no VIP listed, and ALL the tickets they list are "verified resale" wtf is that, same day the tickets went on public sale? on ticketmaster??? resale tickets??? I have never see this before... and why no VIP packages for sale, those cannot be resold.. yet I see some of the "verified resale" seats are in those vip rows... but do they mean you get the soundcheck too? or just the seat?
those VIP packages never sell out the day of first sale, not all the years I have been watching, the past 5 or 6 years anyway. what is going on????
THIS SUCKS!!!

Yes I had the same problem! I've been to 3 vips and never had issues in the past and this was a nightmare. I wasplaced in the "waiting room" for almost a half hour before I could look for tickets and none were available. I called ticketmaster and asked about these verified resale ones you saw too and they said it included nothing extra. You're paying strictly for the seat only for the show. I tried to explain I knew these were hot sound package seats but she insisted they were not. This is insanity. If I want to sit in that area it's going to cost me more than a front row package with all the perks would've cost. How is ticketmaster letting scalpers sell blantly on their site hours after the public release?

If anyone happens to have extra tickets for the Lexington show, pm me! My husband and I are looking for tickets as an anniversary present to ourselves. You can also email me at sarah@roadrunners.biz
Thanks!

I'm going to the show on June 1 and for the first time I paid for the hot sound package. I'm very excited to see the whole experience but also a little nervous I may miss out since I've never before been and dont know what to expect. I know an email is to be sent about a week prior. Well, we are at that point. Has anyone else who is attending the sound check received the info yet? Again, forgive me as this is my first time with the sound check experience.

No, I have not received the email with the info yet. It's usually sent around a week or so before, I have always gotten it in time. You're going to really enjoy the experience but it's addictive.

Yes, it is! You will have a blast! I would start watching for the email now, since we are about a week away, and be sure to also check your spam filter, just in case it ends up there. It will come from SLOTix, not from Ticketmaster.

Thank you both for the info, especially the SlotTix info! I'm really jacked about the experience but fearful I wont be on the email list even though I bought the package as the original buyer pre-sale via Ticketmaster.

What?! He did it Thursday in Greenville. The concert started at 8:15 and ended at 11:15.
Then it took us 15 minutes to find my car!

Wow...can't remember the last time he dropped Band On The Run in a full concert! Did he bring any one up on stage last night?
