Last year the November/December concerts were announced in July, so maybe an announcement can still happen anytime between now and the next couple of months?
There are several European countries that have not seen the "Freshen Up" tour yet, for example.
I bet he'll do something in the NY area yet.

Think he'll do any other shows in the US? If so, where?

The post on his Instagram said the show at Dodger Stadium was the end of the tour. So at least for this year, I don't think any more shows will happen.
Paul seems to have slowed down a bit: his pattern used to be more than 30 shows in the year, but he did 18 shows in 2018 and 21 shows in 2019; similar amount in both years, so perhaps it's his new pattern. He has already toured Canada, USA, Japan, South America and 6 countries in Europe. I think Australia is too far way for him to return, since he was there not so long ago.
It's time for the man get some rest and really "freshen up" things for next year.
But last year he also did a lot of promotion for "Egypt station"including the secret gigs, which I believe are not included in the count of 18 shows. So I can still see him do a round (8-10 shows max.) of pre-Christmas shows around Europe, especially as there are quite a few countries (including Germany, where Egypt Station was #1, Spain and Italy) that haven't yet seen the "Freshen Up" tour.

Yes, you're right, he did a lot of promotion for Egypt Station, but that only started in June. Paul was offstage for the first 5 months of the year, which is unusual for him. And the "Secret Gigs" were just 4 (Abbey Road Studios, LIPA, Cavern Club and Grand Central Station).
Paul is always doing concerts in the US, Canada, Brazil and Japan, but other countries don't see him on every tour he launches: for example, he went to Italy with "Out There Tour" and didn't go there with "One On One". Germany and Spain was the other way around: he went on those countries with "One On One", but not with "Out There".
The post on his Instagram was relevant to me ("Thanks L.A for a great last night of our tour!") So I think it's over, at least for this year. I think he will come back only in 2020 on the same tour or a new one just playing 4 different songs

I tend to think he is done for the year, too. I saw a story in Billboard that talked about concert tour grosses for the Freshen Up tour, starting with the 2018 shows, and it seemed to imply that the Freshen Up tour was over as of the LA show.

Paul may make another new album again and then go out on tour. I am guessing in a year or two he might go out on tour. That is my best prediction. Don't quote me on it though. I'm already saving up some $$$ for his next tour. Gotta get those VIP seats.

I hope so. I can get to New York in 2hours.

We should probably start the 2020 rumours thread since Paul has mentioned today on the radio that he may do Glastonbury next year.

Paul McCartney says headlining Glastonbury 2020 is a “remote possibility”

Always wanted to go to Glastonbury and muck around in wellies and the mud, with my UK buddies. Hoping the Kinks are going to tour their new music too!

I wouldn't be surprised if touring takes a bit of a back seat for a while to allow Paul to work on the It's a Wonderful Life musical. Also being a huge fan of Sting and Mark Knopfler, who have both been working on musicals in recent years, I know that these projects can potentially take up a good deal of time as the productions are developed and changes are made which require new songs to be written and/or alterations to existing songs.
