Flattered by the offer but when I hit 20 I made the magical leap of looking 12 to looking 16, now people say I look 18. Guess it's beneficial in the long run haha

Yes, when you’re 30 you will probably still look 20! My son is the same - he is 32 and if he didn’t have a beard he would look 18! It runs in the family - my mom is nearly 89 but looks about 75. I’m 64 and I think I could pass for late 40s, early 50s. Will have to ask Leslie and oobu24 what they think. We met up last weekend at the Chicago Fest For Beatles Fans!

I'm going to arrive in London at 20:00 on Thursday, so I'll be about all day. Probably just nearby so I can get in the queue for when it opens. So I'll be lingering around Piccadilly from noonish or so
-
It says not to queue until 2 hours before or you get moved doesn't it.

Yeah that's what they said, I'm planning on just being the proximity of it but not queue until it opens.

As will most everyone else, probably! I reckon if there are any coffee shops in the area, they will be full of people just waiting for the queue time.

Anyone want to sell their signed copy??? LOL. I seriously doubt it but it never hurts to ask. Good luck to all who can attend and enjoy it for the rest of us.
-
The excitement is building...Sept 6 is just around the corner!
Hope the boardies who go...give us detailed information of the signing! Have fun!!!
-
i notice they've changed the wording of the original pm.com link now, he's not reading the book to the ticket holders and their children, he's reading the book to local school children. Is that cos not enough ticket holders were taking kids?
-
It's right around the corner now, can't wait to hear about it! Wish I could have gone... I bet Paul will make it fun, he always does.
-
Can't believe it's so soon! I'm actually really nervous now, like what if I say the wrong thing & he doesn't like me for it? Overthinking, I know!
Any boardies keen to meet up? I'll be about all day so if any of you are it'll be nice to meet some of you

As long as you don’t mention HM I think you’re good to go!

Also don't ask Paul why he hasn't had a top 10 single in his own name for 32 years....or ask if he thinks the main reason his last studio album was only in the top 100 for a paltry 5 weeks was because it wasn't much good? And definately don't ask how long he think it will take for him to start singing normally again? In fact, play safe, don't ask any questions at all.

What does one say to Paul at this point? Like, he’s seen and heard everything! Is there any way of saying anything original that’ll stand out ( or at least not be a retread of everything that fans have said to him already)?
