I have a confession to make...and I'm not holding back here, so if you're easily offended, might want to click out.

I like your post and many have asked the same question. Its Paul's choice he likes the energy of those youngsters
I've seen many times some just sit there. Don't know the song or lyrics just Hey Jude ... it bugs me too ..I hear you...

I HATE when young kids attend these concerts (or any public event involving the Beatles) and receive special attention from Paul. It pisses me off, actually, to no end. Equality is not just about race and gender. You don't treat someone like they're better just because they're a little kid. I'm not singling out Paul here, because pretty much every artist does this, but it's NOT okay. If anything, I think adults should be higher up on the fan hierarchy, because they're the ones with the money to shell out and line pockets; they're the ones who have likely been following musicians and supporting them for decades.
And sure, I realize plenty of adults get called up on stage and stuff as well. But be real, who typically receives the greatest response from the audience? Who gets the most attention, the most "oohs" and "omg how cool's"? The KIDS!!! And I'm college-aged, but I probably don't even count as a "kid" in the eyes of the audience, and that absolutely DEVASTATES me. I hate to think that I'm less special just because I've crossed the arbitrary threshold of 18. I am still a child too, but that's another subject entirely.
Usually, the females Paul calls up on stage are young and pretty. He would probably look at someone like me, an ugly, slighly chubby girl, and be disgusted. The thought of the Beatles thinking I'm ugly and uncool is soul-crushing to me. I'm obsessed with them and seek their approval (John's especially, I want him to adore me) more than anything.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just really hurting tonight. I'm tired of feeling inferior to these younger, prettier fans.

Ne ho visti molte volte alcuni semplicemente seduti lì. Non conosco la canzone o il testo, solo Hey Jude ... mi infastidisce anche ... ti sento ...
Hey, Harley! Do you remember when in Verona I predicted you that in Vienna he would call you on stage ... and he did!
