Thinking about doing VIP. Anyone done this? Better through tickemater in Canadian $ or Pauls site (Us $?) Was vip good? Thx
Just consider how low the Canadian dollar is right now. This is a good time for an American to visit Canada.

Does anybody know what the deal is for accessible seating? Available thru pre-sale?
-
I've been a member since 2002, but have never used the presale, so looking for some guidance. Will the tickets be in Canadian funds, as it's a Canadian show? Also, how do you receive the tickets? I'm concerned as my printer isn't working, so I'm unable to print off copies of tickets. Does Paul's site transfer you thru to ticket master or some other site? If anyone has used this option before, could you walk me thru the process. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much

Hi, Welcome to the message board! I have never searched for accessible seating during a website pre-sale and therefore unsure if they are made available (during the pre-sale). Approximately one hour or so prior to the start of the pre-sale, administrator PaulMcCartney.com will create a Sticky pre-sale thread at the top of the Rock Show forum here at the message board. That would be a good place to pose this question. Best of luck obtaining tickets! Anita

Hi, Nice to see you posting! My experience in participating in the website pre-sales has been that funds are displayed in local currency. As this is a pre-sale for Toronto, I imagine funds will be displayed in Canadian. In regard to ticket delivery and the failure of your printer, simply choose the hard copy option to be sent via the delivery method of your choice. In the past, Paul has used CrowdSurge for his website pre-sales. Approximately one hour prior to the pre-sale, administrator PaulMcCartney.com will create a Sticky pre-sale thread at the top of the Rock Show forum here at the message board. About 10 minutes or so prior to the start of the pre-sale a direct link to the pre-sale will be placed within that thread. In addition, you may also find a link to the pre-sale at the main site here: http://www.paulmccartney.com/live Once the pre-sale link is live, you will enter the e-mail address which you have registered at the main site to gain access to the pre-sale. Best of luck obtaining tickets! Anita

Administrator PaulMcCartney.com has now created the Toronto pre-sale thread which may be found at the top of the Rock Show forum here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=90738 This is the best place to pose pre-sale related questions! Best of luck obtaining tickets! Anita

I got a ticket, sect. 104, row 13, seat 10. After being spoiled in Chicago with a seat that I loved (in the stands just in front of and to the side of the stage, but pretty close), it's farther away than I was hoping for. But at least I got one. I was also offered one on the floor, but 40 rows back. Being 5' tall, those don't really work out for me, so I passed it up. How did everyone else do?

I can't get ANY tickets for Toronto. What is going on? (I guess ... the usual!). It's so hard to be a fan somedays ... sigh ...

Decided to spring for Gold Tickets - Floor Center, Row 8 seats 15-16 - looks like it's the first row after the 1st section break - VERY happy! BTW, they were $747 CAD. Also, 1st row, hot sound, gold & silver are all on sale today through ticketmaster.ca...anyone have any idea if seats run left to right on the floor?

This is crap! My husband, my friend and myself all tried for tix at exactly 10 a.m. And all three of us got nothing!!!!!!! Not one single ticket for the entire ACC!!!! How can that be????? I have loved this man since 1964, and I get nothing!!! The same thing happened when I tried for U2 and Foo tickets. I don't understand how this whole stupid system works!!! To say I am pissed us an understatement!!!!!!! :-(((((

For those of us going to the show, the Loose Moose is a great pub that, the last time Paul played Toronto, had a Paul-friendly night planned, Paul music, great food and beverages, and large enough to accommodate us all. I'm going to plan a meet-up there, so as tickets are purchased, and if you're not doing a VIP package, please consider joining us!

To folks doing the presale, keep trying NOW. There are still tickets there, but you need to keep hitting "refresh". I JUST got a row 22 ticket. They're still there, just be prepared to spend about 10 minutes or more dedicated to hitting "refresh".

I just tried again, now there is nowhere on the page to even enter a ticket amount. All gone. Fuc*king bullshit. It's easier to get tickets at MSG than Toronto.
-
I just ordered my tickets! I have the best seats I've ever gotten to see Paul. Section 108. Hope all my fellow fans manged to get tickets as well. Thank you to the Paul McCartney Website for allowing us fans to pre order tickets. Cheers!

hehe, this is my first post in years, well, managed to get a single ticket so at least I will be there!

I was very frustrated Kim, almost gave up but after refreshing like 100 I managed to get a single ticket.

There is an AMEX presale tomorrow for those who have an Amex Card. Good luck. Toronto is a hard place to get a ticket for McCartney. He really needs to do multiple shows here. Hoping for a repeat of 2010.

ACC is open Friday, Raptors play on Sunday so there is a chance of a Friday show.

Also Live Nation presale on Thursday, followed by General Sale on Friday. Persistence is key...in the past, I've struck out until the General Sale, then ended up with decent tickets. Each presale has its own allotment. AmEx Preferred has significantly better tickets than AmEx, but you need the passcode, which is pretty easy to find. In both cases, you must pay with AmEx.

My tickets will be mailed a couple of weeks prior to the show. The ticket sales are in U.S currency; w/ the exchange & weak Canadian dollar it's going to be an expensive evening but well worth it.
