Nancy R:
Here's a super rare one! Mary McCartney with her uncle Mike and his 3 daughters by his first wife (Angie): Abbi, Theran and Benna. http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b1/njr55/The%20Beatles%20and%20Paul%20McCartney/image_17.jpeg
Not only have I never seen that one, I don't even recognize any of those people.

I should hope you're just kidding and that you recognize Mike and Mary!

I'm the opposite of kidding. If you hadn't said Mary was in that picture, I never would have recognized her. It's pretty rare to see a Beatles picture full of people you don't recognize.

Didn't know where to mention this, so thought i'd put it in the sons and daughters thread as it seems appropriate I had my little baby boy on 24th Sept, yes on Linda's birthday! We have named him River, a name we thought of at the end of May but kept to ourselves and just my immediate family until he arrived It was a traumatic birth - i spent 9 days in hospital (2 before birth and 7 after), both me and River had an infection, he was on antibiotics daily with a drip in his little hand, and i lost 1 and a half litres of blood in delivery (eek) which they say is a third of my bodies blood, so as you can imagine i 'd been pretty week, so the 2 of us had a hospital room for 7 days after delivery and my partner slept with us too on a camp bed. But hey, after all that illness and stress, we got to come home and he is just so so so perfect!!!! I am absolutely knackered though, i know all new mums are but having lost all that blood is still making things hard energy wise. And i look pretty yellow still! But i have a 8lb 11 oz son, who has already listend to Jason Falkner's bedtime with the beatles, and will be told forever how he was born on Linda's bday. He is so perfect you know.. it's true what they say - you don't know love (yuo think you do, i thought i did) til you have a child. Ok, sorry for thread hijack, wont be online much, no time, where has time gone, there's none!!!

Congrats on the arrival of baby River! I bet you and your partner are over the moon in love with that little guy! Born on a very special day. So sorry about the difficult birth, but so glad you both are doing well now.
