I don't think this could be take 5 as there were only ever 4 takes with take 4 being the released version. The basic history of the song is that George recorded a demo of OBS on 25th February 1969. He then recorded a second demo with the Beatles on the afternoon of 16th April 1969, while recording 4 takes in the evening. As the afternoon demo was supposedly wiped when they recorded take 1, and as take 2 is reported to have been the first complete run through, presumably this must be take 1.

Wembley Empire Pool, London  (Wings) 21st October 1976.

'Take It Away' video shoot Elstree studios, London 23rd June 1982.

'Give My Regards To Broad Street' film premier, London 29th November 1984.

Docklands Arena rehearsal concert, London 5th February 1993.

Run Devil Run launch party, Equinox Club, London 30th September 1999.

            O2 Arena, London 22nd December 2009.

            O2 Arena, London 5th December 2011.

I apologize, it is not 5 take but I mean the take where George says "it is very difficult all there" because when I heard it first time I was thinking: "Wow it is amazing how it sounds but it must be hard to record this" and then music stopped and he said it and after he was continuing. It was like miracle! Please I have also question which I want to ask on this forum and it is why Beatles didn't make more songs with Jackie Lomax? He was amazing and I love his songs too!! Check him if you don't know him and please answer me if you know why. Greetings, Tomas Bilina from Czech republic (town Brno).
