If he sang it would be a song or two so would it be worth the trip?
I think I would rather wait for him to have an actual concert than waste my money to go see him play a few songs ...
-
I'm very skeptical on this one..........................

Thanks for posting that TLP! I still can't find an outlet that even shows the concert on the RCMH calendar. I would love to go

I just got the same one today...looking at the language of the email, I anticipate what will be offered are some very expensive package deals of some sort - but that's just my guess. But it might be too hard to pass up and wait for ticketmaster.

Appletart2, I remember that people were saying that he was only going to play a couple of songs at Liverpool, and then he played 27 songs!!! This is a great cause..... For me whatever the cost, I really like Foundation?s international initiative to teach one million children the Transcendental Meditation technique?and change the world overnight. So for me, it's putting money towards World Peace.... If you think of it in those terms and can spare the money, then it's an easy choice. I know Paul supports World Peace and this is one way to stand behind him for that cause and to show support. Personally, I think it's a great idea....getting the children started in the right direction with the TM.... After all, some children in certain parts of the world are brought up learning to stone their neighbors!!! Wish those kids could be taught the TM!!! Way to go Paul IMAGINE A WORLD FILLED WITH PEACE

yea that would be cool if he played a lot of songs like that. My brother came home today and told me that in his 2nd grade classroom they were meditating and instantly I thought of the david lynch foundation and was like woah!

Hope, That's great to hear of meditation in a 2nd grade classroom. I really do think it will make a difference in the world. Thanks for sharing that

I didn't mean to sound a tad cynical about this previously, actually it sounds like a dynamite very worthwhile endeavor. there comes a time or several times in your life when you realize you need to look into 'this meditation thing' again. And actually sit down and practice. At the Zen Center in New York we did 'walking meditation' too. you know how rowdy and wired up kids can get...to think of them in peaceful tranquil meditation, too, is awesome. They're the future of the planet. I love it that Paul loves kids. Just one more thing in a long list to adore about him

I am waiting impatiently for my e-mail about the VIP packages. I got the same message as everyone else did. I am seriously considering going to this-cost be damned!!!
-
I agree, the cost be damned. This is Paul McCartney after all
