I need 3 tickets to Atlanta, only could get 2 (Floor Section 6). Anyone have 3 sides/uppers to trade for 2 floor?

I missed Paul the last time he was in Atlanta. Glad I got a tic this time! WHEW!

I got Sec. 2, Row C, Seat 10!!!!!!!! I had 2 laptops set on Ticketmaster! The first one pulled up these seats. The 2nd one was row F so I let that one go. Keep trying people! Last time for Louisville, I checked at 9 pm the day of the pre-sale, and pulled up 2 seats in row D, Sec. 2!!
I'm your neighbor!! I have Sec 2 Row C Seat 9

RADIANCE:
ALL of sections 1, 2, and 3 are for the special packages?? That's so unfair. I had section 2 row D once in Charlotte and I didn't have to get the special package. That's really a shame that Paul would reserve ALL 3 front sections for those paying high dollars. I can see maybe section 2. But all three?? Dang.
In 1993 there were no special VIP tickets. This is a recent phenomenon! Paul knows he can sell out all those sections with higher priced tickets. Supply & demand.

Maybe they'll bring you down to the front row! Are you young and good looking?

It's official! Almost 10 years since my last Paul concert, and I was lucky enough to score tickets to this tour. D I was so excited when I found out Atlanta was added. Decided to spring for one of the VIP packages. No soundcheck though, (if only I didn't have student loans... lol ) but I'll be sitting in Section 3. It will be completely worth it- as we all know Paul puts on a phenomenal show! Anyone have any idea how they do the seat numbers for this? I've never gotten to sit in the floor seats before! The only thing I could find referencing Philips was from a 2006 Fleetwood Mac concert thread where a user noted that the numbers started at 1 at the left of each section (when looking at the sections from the stage). I know it could vary though, so wondering if I'm on the outside or the inside aisle... Thanks!

Hi, welcome to the message board and congratulations on getting tickets for the new tour. Looking at the stage most arenas have the seat numbers go from right to left...so the lower seat numbers for Section 3 are closer to the center Section 2...hope that helps.

I have tried to find out the floor seating seat numbers for some of the shows I was trying to get tickets to. I called AMEX concierge for this show and I was told the floor seating numbers are as you think. Facing the floor seats from the stage seat 1 would be to the left for each section. Some of the ticketmaster diagrams have been a little more detailed than in the past (not talking about the interactive seating charts which only come up for some venues after the initial sale, I don't think they can handle the volume as I think a board member already pointed out) But a problem that I saw was for Jacksonville. The ticketmaster diagram , was just the opposite of what the rep. told me from the Jacsonville box office. I called the box office several times over 2 days and they always told me the same info which like I said was just the opposite of the TM seating diagram.

I don't think that's correct. The seats (if your back is to the stage) are numbered left to right, so sec. 3, seat 1 would be all the way on the edge. Check the Philips Arena seating chart. Louisville's Yum Center was the same.

Nancy, I think we're saying the same thing. "Facing the stage" nubers I believe run from right to left. So, the lowest numbers in Section 3 would be closest to Section 2 (the center section). It would make it so much easier if all arena seating charts (on Ticketmaster) indicated seat numbers.

If I am able to get tickets this week (I did not have any luck with the Macca presale) it will be in the cheap seats. I'm hoping to bring the whole family and the cost for a whole family for anything but the cheap seats is just too cost prohibitive. Hoping I will be able to get tickets through either the AmEx sale or the general sale. RamblinRed

Thanks for all the feedback on the seat numbers everyone. We'll just have to wait and see to know for sure, but all the info seems promising! Either way, it will be great! )

Okay, I'm sorry. I was thinking of Section 1 where Seat 1 would be all the way over to the left (If your back was to the stage) For Section 3, a lower seat # would be better, to be closer to the center.

Got 2 today ($89 level) so at least I get to take my 11-yr old son. Hopefully I can get 2 more tickets (cheapies) this week or before the concert so my wife and daughter can go. (My wife has seen him twice with me - inlcuding the epic Piedmont Park concert with the thunderstorm -he did play our wedding song that night so that was super cool, and I took my daughter to see him in Orlando last year). My son was so funny last week. When I told him and my wife on Wednesday that McCartney was coming to Atlanta he said, 'you mean we have the chance to see the great Paul McCartney. I want to go!".
