When he did 2 rehearsal shows at the Playhouse Theatre, London in 1989 he played Summertime, that was a surprise and i don't think he played it since. Also at Docklands Arena in 1993 he Played Another Day, i was totally shocked by this and by the time he did the actual UK tour he had dropped the song, so this was the only time he played it in the UK.

He tears up the guitar on the performance of "Summertime," featured in the Put It There home-video. I guess I can consider myself lucky to have seen "Another Day" live.

They would all be surprising to some degree - I think Backseat of my Car would be most surprising however, because it's the least commercially known of the group, except for his most astute fans. Second most surprising would be Please Please Me, since this current touring band already covered that song and despite being received very well, I don't see them retreading that particular song (partially because it's mostly known as a 'John song' and if wants to continue paying tribute to John by playing his songs, he should rotate them around - no need to repeat the same ones):

Never get tired of watching that. But I agree with you. It's been done, and I doubt it would be as effective as it was on the '05 tour. I could be wrong.

Really? WAY TOO MANY audience shots for me.

The audience shots help drive home the emotional impact of that performance.
