Nice collection ARC! You have not even begun to discovery the McCartney catalogue, thats the funny thing. WOA, RRS, V&M, Ram, MAF, BTTE, Wild Life. Have fun with all that! Nice going having those 2 John records, those are both really well done. You should do a mix CD combining those 2. Might as well, right? Its sweet 🆒 and nice Beatles Mono Box. that I do not have. I should ask Santa for it for Christmas!

its like trying to catch the sun on the water..

Thanks kapoo. Looking at this list I reliaze I haven't even really started my collection yet, there is still so much more to get and new artists to explore. I'm being stopped short by my parents who think I buy too much music. And I have heard Ram by buying the mp3 but the rest I'm really excited for. A shame Macca's catalogue is mostly off the shelf for a the newbies like me to discover.

Found Zooropa at a used Cd store today and picked it up for 4.31 This album is just as good as the acclaimed Achtung Baby, but with less fans. My second favorite U2 album. Very dark album, even the soft Stay (Faraway, So Close!) has some dark lyrics. I think the whole album can be summed up by saying the last track is Johnny Cash singing over a series of electronic loops. Too cool.

I remember picking Zooropa up under similar circumstances about 11 years ago. I really liked it, especially Lemon, and especially since my expectations were quite low. I also love the Wanderer song with Johnny Cash, and Dirty Day is a real grower. It's not quite up to Achtung Baby standards though. PS. £4.31?? You could have got a used copy off Amazon for a tiny fraction of that, so don't brag! Good to support real record stores though. PPS. How come Achtung Baby isn't on your list?

Yes, Lemon is great. I also love Zooropa and Daddy's Gonna Pay. And that's $4.31 in dollars, but I still could have gotten it cheaper. And I downloaded Achtung Baby, so I don't have it on CD but I have the Super Deluxe edition coming in for Christmas.

While looking up new artists I found Said the Whale. Quintet from Canada with 2 albums and a few EPs to their name. I must say after downloading a couple of their EPs that their a real great band. My new favorite indie band. And the keyboard player...
