Was astonished yesterday when Linda McCartney Foods popped up on my facebook home page praising "Sausage Week" and they didn't specify 'veggie sausage' substitute, either, just said "Sausage Week" as if promoting the meat sausage! What's up with that????!!!! I befriended them and enjoy hearing from 'em...but never expected THIS.

** and the devil of it is, it made me remember that Italian sausage is rather tasty They didn't mention Italian sausage though. Just "Sausage Week" I sure wish someone could explain this shocker!

Don't know if it was revised, but this is what is currently says: Let's make National Sausage Week, National 'Meat-Free' Sausage Week! Who agrees? Yesterday at 12:30pm via SocialOomph · Comment · Like Her sausages look pretty tasty but I try to avoid gluten.

Thanks, the first was a mistake, obviously and then was revised.

SusyLovsPaul: Talking about sausages...I just made Cajon 15 bean soup and substituted meatless sausages in the recipe. Taste is pretty good, I'm surprised, I can't tell the difference between the meatless and meaty sausage. I also added Kale 4 cups, packed, a very healthy vegetable that people need to eat more of. I can't find Linda's food in my poor bankrupt town. The small business health food stores have closed down and only 2 large chain grocery stores are left. I can find other brands: TofuTurkey Kielbasa and Morning Star Polish and Italian sausage and these worked well. Would like to try Linda's food, too bad I can't order it on line. : Hummmmm, wonder how they could do that?

From Hollywood Bowl 1964 & 1966 to  NYC  Madison Square Garden 2017, 15 concerts so far.

That sounds good, Nan, thanx! They need to start selling Linda Mc. food items in the States.
