Tug Of War download

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading Tug Of War, first night the site wouldn't accept my voucher as valid, now the click through just says "this page can't be displayed" is it just me or is there a problem with the site? Thanks

I am having trouble with just one of the songs on TOW. They were supposed to reset my redemption code, but it still says "invalid." Emailed them again!

I contacted Topspin as suggested above but they told me it is not theire responsibility. Can anyone confirm who is managing support for download issues? I have failure problems with some tracks for ToW and PoP! This is what Topspin said: Thanks for your email. Just to be clear, you are experiencing issues with the downloads from your purchase of the archive deluxe editions "Pipes of Peace" and "Tug of War," correct? The reply from Dropcards is that they've reset the password. Doesn't fix the problem. Anyone have this problem and find a work around?

I posted yesterday that there was nowhere for me to enter my redeem code for Tug of War at www.paulmccartney.com/redeem/tugofwar. I just tried it using IE and made sure the browser wasn't blocking anything. When I restarted the browser and navigated back to the redeem page, the code entry box appeared! I hope that helps anyone encountering the same issue.

I've tried that. No luck but thanks for the post. Seems like I'm out of luck. This an expensive package. Bit disappointed with this.

FYI the good folks at Dropcards sent me a Dropbox link for the download. They were quick to respond and solved the problem so if you're having a problem, hit them up.

To anyone out there,
I just bought a copy of Tug of War on vinyl, I usually go for the CDs, but this time I opted for the vinyl and now I'm having trouble downloading it. The card I have specifically calls to go to paulmccartney.com/redeem/tow-vinyl, but it appears that the sight is under maintenance and the other link with the notorious redeem button doesn't seem to load anything other than display a blank page.
Is there anyone that can help??
