Anyone having problems with the official store?

Back on July 9 I ordered the new tour program from the official store. When I ordered, it said it would ship on or around July 18. On August 1, I emailed Bravado and asked where it was. I was told there was a delay in shipping, and that it would be dispatched on or around August 8. Now it's August 18 and I still haven't gotten word it has shipped. Does anyone else think it's really poor that Bravado don't notify customers of these delays? I ordered and paid for this thing a fair wile ago now (via Paypal), and I don't think the service has been good at all... I know it's not Paul's fault (of course), but these people collect money on his behalf and don't give people good service in return...

I agree, but Paul does have responsibility because he chooses to use them. I also placed an order and have seen nothing.

I did not receive my order. I contacted them to see if they knew when it would be shipped. They could not give me an estimated shipping date. I then asked them to cancel the order and they did.

What contact emails does anyone have for the official Paul online shop http://paulmccartney.shop.bravadousa.com/ I'm asking because they've completely ripped us off and are ignoring every email we've sent to the various contact things we've found. So does anyone have any history of actually getting them to answer? Or have a contact where we can complain to MPL about Paul's official store ripping people off? My boyfriend ordered a Paul t shirt for me just after the UK gigs, we knew it would come from the states, and patiently waited the 3 weeks til it came. He filmed me opening the item i was that happy to get it! Except when i opened it the official Paul shop had sent me a bright blue STAR TREK polo shirt. Skip forward 2 weeks and despite many emails to different addresses the company have not even written back, so basically i've paid the pm.com official store £36 for a star trek shirt, and no one is going to either refund me or fix it because they will not even reply to any email at all. Help!

Never used this store. I buy mostly from amazon.uk online. Records (and some books, DVD's...). Think I've had two problems in the fifteen years as their customer. And it was not really Amazon but the sellers through Amazon that the (rare) records were available from.

How do the sizes run on the t-shirts? I've purchase two in the past, which ran very small. I want to buy a friend the red Tug of War t-shirt, but they are running out of sizes.
