I bought a Tokyo tix months ago & STIIL- don't have it? You buy tix months ahead of time and they never send your tickets I know many on the board has ran into this same issue.. who runs Crowdsurge anyways? frustration!!!!
Hi, Others have reported issues with receiving their tickets for the Japan concerts as well. I had offered advice on the first page of this thread here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2741352#2741352 and in another thread here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2743859#2743859 You have not indicated which Tokyo concert you are attending, but if the first or second, you are within five days of the concert date. At this point, Customer Support at Crowdsurge suggests the following: http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/
If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us a query. Please include your Order ID number, email address that the tickets were purchased with and the details about the relevant show. http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/?link=6071f267&cat=delivery&type=2&cs_css=support
In the past, members that failed to receive their tickets prior to the concert date had their original dispatched tickets voided and made arrangements for reissued tickets at the venue box office. Please be sure to bring with you copies of the two e-mails indicating the tickets that you purchased and the dispatch notice (if already sent), along with photo identification and the card used to purchase the tickets. As Crowdsurge suggests, you should contact them at this point with your concerns. I hope this information is helpful. Anita
not sure I have the dispatched email.... sign I printed out a copy of my recipt 2 days ago...

Hi, Arrangements will be made via e-mail with Crowdsurge. You may read how Crowdsurge handled this issue with fellow boardie, Wayne lin, who did not receive his tickets in a timely manner for Paul's Osaka concert. You may find a copy of his e-mail received from Crowdsurge here on the first page of this thread: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2744077#2744077
Wayne lin:
Dear all: This is the latest feedback by CrowdSurge about the ticket problem: We are sorry to hear you are unable to locate your tickets. In light of this, we are happy to arrange for your ticket(s) to be available for collection at the venue box office, on the night of the show. Please ensure you provide the following information in order to collect your ticket(s) ? Your booking confirmation email (please note that the name on the ID must match that shown on the original order confirmation email) ? Photographic identification (driving license or passport) Tickets will be available for collection from the door opening time, which can be found on your booking confirmation. We hope this helps, however, please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any additional assistance.
Others that experienced this issue for Paul's Osaka concerts followed this same procedure. I hope this helps. Anita

Like other's, I haven't received my tickets in the mail yet. I'm leaving from Australia tomorrow. It's all fine and dandy to ask people to contact CrowdSurge, but I've literally sent them 4 messages over the last week and I've only gotten generic replies, nothing helpful at all. I've asked for the tickets to be held in a friends name as I'll be busy sightseeing during the day and my friend will be able to collect them before me, but they can't even give me a straight answer on if that's possible! Mind you, in about 12 hours I'll be heading to the airport and I won't have internet access or a working phone, so god help me for getting some bloody clarity here.... I know it's not Paul's fault (of course), but this reflects really poorly on him and his organisation. These clowns collect money on his behalf and this is the 'service' we receive? This leaves me with such a bad taste in my mouth. We ordered and paid for these tickets literally months ago- why on earth they waited so long to send them out is truly beyond me. Yes, I know we can (probably?!) collect on the night from the venue but that just adds more hassle. Imagine how long the lines will be. Travelling is a stressful situation at the best of times, this just adds more headaches... I will never, ever deal with CrowdSurge again in any capacity, and my advice is that others also avoid them.

This is Wayne from Taiwan After all of these stupid CrowdSurge tickets problem I had arrived Japan without tickets I went to the dome at 11/11,trying to find the gate 10 that CrowdSurge told me I can exchange my tickets there on 11/12,and I just want to make sure if I can get the tickets before the show day,but when I arrived gate 10,the staff of CrowdSurge insist that I can only exchange my ticket on the show day,not now,but after all that chaos they brought, I can not trust them anymore, so I insist that they should show me the prove or any documents that me and my friends were on the name list, and I want them to promise I am qualified to enter the concert tomorrow!!! It tooks maybe 20 minutes for them to confirm my order name, number, seats were sure on the name list, and I leave the dome after they showed me that list. On the show day,11/12, 4pm there were lots of people gathering in front of gate10 ,about at least 100 people ,and kept increasing...victim of CrowdSurge like me..... At 5pm,the gate opened, staff check my passport and email from CrowdSurge including payment receive ,then led me to the counter(there were about ten temporary counters had set for ticket exchange),after they confirm all the detail,I finally got my tickets~and all the victim can get a concert T-shirt for free..... So,this might be a good reference for all fans who still didn't had the tickets of upcoming Fukuoka or Tokyo concerts...Don't worry, you will get the tickets in the end, perhaps a free T-shirt,too

I have a feeling that, because they are a UK company, they are set up to doing things the UK way, which is sending out the tickets very close to the concert date (I have had similar service from Ticketmaster UK in terms of late posting of tickets). But working like this makes CrowdSurge unprepared to deal with other countries and their ticketing systems. I agree that perhaps Paul and MPL should start working with another ticket vendor since CrowdSurge are not doing them any favours by offering poor service to fans.

Well, the t-shirt is certainly a nice gesture.

All the US VIP packages are run by SloTix (they don't sell the actual tix but they coordinate and run all the packages.). Did you have a question about them?
-
Rest assured bout Slotix run by Shelly ... you never hafta worry bout your tix VIP with her...

Paul's concert in Japan was great. I enjoyed it very much. But unfortunately ticket sales through the official site was worst. Many fans could not receive tickets until the day of the concert. Even if tickets were received, it was just before the concert . Crowdsurge is bullshit. Their work was too slow, and it was negligence and bad faith. When we made the inquiry to them, what they answered was just a lie. The official site should change to another company, such as ticketmaster.
